It is a stupid argument if you do not understand why the 2nd amendment exists - or you choose to ignore it. The 2nd amendment is for the preservation of freedom, not for hunting quail.Muskets were the weapon of the day back then so that point has no merit. If you had a musket and a canon, you had a fighting chance against tyranny. And 2A doesn't say the right to keep and bear muskets. It says "arms." But these people can not think for themselves. They can not get beyond their ideology and see how it will affect every amendment. We can;'t pick and chose which ones we like or don't like.
Which is EXACTLY why the left is so desperate to rid the Constitution of it.The 2nd amendment is for the preservation of freedom, not for hunting quail.
Hey Biden and Libtards, why should gun manufacturers be responsible for what users do with its product?Pres. Biden called on Congress to “require safe storage of firearms, require background checks for all gun sales, eliminate gun manufacturers’ immunity from liability, and ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.” -------------------- And none of that would have prevented this melee.---------------- But do go on with your "feel good" attempts.
Democrats know the legal system has been rigged with corrupt judges and Juries. This is why they are trying to put gun makers on the hook for gun violence. They know that liberal judges and juries will not give a hoot about the law or logic. They want to ban guns and multi-billion dollar lawsuits against the gun manufacturers will shut them all down. But here is the real kicker. Once gun manufacturers go out of business, US law enforcement and military will be forced to buy imported guns, or the US government will subsidize gun makers to make military weapons.Hey Biden and Libtards, why should gun manufacturers be responsible for what users do with its product?
Now if the gun somehow malfunctions and kills somebody, I understand that. But I'm willing to bet that in 99% of gun deaths or injuries "malfunction" had nothing to do with it.
Due to the department's manpower and resources, Dadeville Police Chief Jonathan Floyd said the Alabama State Bureau of Investigations is taking the lead with the investigation.
4 people killed, 32 hurt in mass shooting at Alabama birthday party
Multiple people were killed and injured when a shooting broke out late Saturday at a crowded birthday party in a small rural Alabama town, authorities said.abcnews.go.com
Every time there is a shooting like this the idiots on the left immediately start blaming guns instead of the culture of violence that infects this country. We have always had access to guns. In fact, year ago it was easier to get access to guns. What is happening now is a lack of respect for life, an inability to cope with conflict, and a subculture that glorifies violence and killing. Until we address the real issue, it will continue no matter how much gun control we put in place. It's what the left does...they redefine terms. A "mass shooting" is not some punks getting into a disagreement at a birthday party or someone targeting a street opponent. Unfortunately, this stuff happens because there's a culture where it's allowed to happen and thrives because there's not a father figure at home and there's no home/family structure. No one will address the real issue(s) and if you do, you're a racists.
Just think of how many homicides go unsolved in some of these communities because there's a culture of not snitching. Of course, there's also the fear factor from retribution against any potential witnesses.
