Albert Haynesworth to New England this morning..

Immediately on twitter all the national writers started saying what a good move this is.....if he went anywhere but new england or philly they would be crucified.....sick of the double standard.

I am dissapointed in peter king for reacting the same way.

The Pats run a 34 defense. I thought Fat Albert didn't want any part of that scheme. I thought for sure he would of signed with Philly or Tennessee.

The Patriots run a loose 3-4 with many fronts. Belichick is an incredible defensive mind.

He'll make it work.

I'm not doubting that it won't, just surprised to see him go to another 3-4 defense.

Like you said Bill will make it work, they always seem to make good decisions on their staff like this.

We're told that the Redskins are closing in on a deal for Cullen Jenkins. Not done yet, though.

Good deal for a team still trying to convert to a 3-4, but since it's the Redskins and they're still trying to shoehorn Haslett into being a 3-4 coordinator, it will fail miserably.

So Eagles didn't want Jason Babin last year, but now give him a five-year deal based on one season? Weird.

lol@VY to the Redskins.

Please do this.

Cullen Jenkins on the other hand... I'm going to have to hope he's old, injury prone, and they'll overpay.

I hear ya. I would love to have had jenkins out there causing problems on spencers side and creating lanes for spencer to exploit.

oh well, now we have to block him...
