1) Personal access to Obama. Does your average blue-collar worker enjoy that? That'd be "no."

2) Pressuring Obama to change his gay marriage stance. Hollywood is notoriously pro-gay marriage, and they were none too happy with Obama's defense of traditional marriage. Furthermore, one in six top Obama money bundlers identify as gay. So faster than you can say flip-flop, Obama suddenly and disingenuously embraces purple pride and immediately sets off for a lucrative fundraiser at George Clooney's house in LA, raking in a record $15 million. Perhaps you're the only one in the world who thinks this was a coincidence.

Er, marriage is a privilege, not a right.

Marriage is a chain with a huge lead weight at the end of it that slowly sucks the life from you over time. Why anyone gay or not, would want this. I've not a clue. The only one that will be happy about Gay Marriage rights in 10 years time will be the divorce attorneys. Mark that shit down.

One step at a time lons. Just cause you have the right to get gay married doesn't mean you can get gay divorced.

Witnesses changing their stories is going to hurt him like hell.

I'm sure they weren't influenced in any way.

They changed their tune after the media firestorm. Shocking. When you think about it, their flip-flopping works in Z's favor. How can you prove "beyond a reasonable doubt" when even the witnesses are not sure what they saw?

I'm pretty sure they know who shot who.

I've already told you how this story ends. Not Guilty.

Clearly, you're all just post padding at this point.

That means Z has the burden of proof on that issue... not the state. Witnesses changing their stories hurts him on that part.

?

If the state is filing charges, the burden of proof is on them. Hell, Z doesn't even have to take the stand. Assuming he has a competent attorney, the witnesses' evolving stories will be attacked on cross.

Attacked by who?

They were all backing up Zimmerman initially so its a net loss for the defense the prosecutors were not depending on them.

Changing stories create "doubt" in the average juror's mind. Doubt = Z skips.
