The only way President Trump won’t be President is if he concedes the election, and that, will never happen. And two people that were part of that decision were none other that new Supreme Court Justices, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. Why do you think the Democrats tried so hard to keep them from being confirmed???

In a nutshell. This is going to the Supreme Court. Where they will rule that the election is invalid due to fraud or mistakes on a country wide scale. It will go one of two ways, either they will rule that all the unconstitutional mail in ballots will be removed and the states ordered to recount without them or they will simply rule the election is invalid due to mass voter fraud and at that point it will be sent to the congress and senate for a vote.

This is where it gets good. The US House votes on who the President will be. It has nothing to do with what party that has power. Every State gets one vote and 30 States are held by Republicans, and 19 by Democrats. They have to vote down party lines, they have no choice due to the 12th Amendment of the Constitution, and, the Senate votes for the Vice President where a similar event will take place. This is The law.

I also read, though I cannot verify, that PA destroyed the ballot envelops for the ballots they counted. That means there is no way to determine the post marks for the ballots and when they were received. If this is true it is outright obstruction of justice and evidence that something is not right in PA. It is a cover up. People need to start going to jail for this stuff. We simply cannot tolerate any of it because this is OUR election that is being stolen. It's not about Trump or Biden, it is about whether or not the people can choose their leaders.

i agree if they’re still collecting ballots that it’s a flaw in the system but it’s hard for me to consider this fraud considering mail-in ballots have gone Democrat and we’re talking California where a republican has no shot

If they tossed the envelopes then toss the entire precincts. There are multiple reasons to do this. Most of those votes were separated from the envelopes without bipartisan oversight. That fails under the equal protection clause because right leaning counties allowed bipartisan viewership. It wouldn't be Trump or the SCOTUS disefranshising any voters it would be their own election officials who did not follow the rules and even ignored court orders. Anyone with half a brain knows why they did not want any oversight. Toss them motherfuckers.

I really hope so, but I doubt Republicans have enough spine to see this through. Trump does but he alone is not enough.

And it isn't good enough that Trump just end up winning, the people that perpetuated this fraud all should have to suffer SEVERE consequences.

I worry about the SCOTUS simply punting again though. They already did once and had they acted then, some of this wouldn't be happening today.

It sure is. We just assume the CA will lean blue but how can we know for sure when the system is rigged? I was further surprised with Minnesota that Trump lost by a wider margin than 2016 when they are dealing with some serious issues. I've gotten to the point where I don't trust any results and I'd bet we hear some frightening conduct in the coming weeks. At the very least, these need to be investigated, both by law enforcement and the media but I have my doubts. Once Biden takes office, all this will be shut down. He's getting pressure from Bernie and the left and he's ill prepared to deal with it. It's a shit show.
