i agree if they’re still collecting ballots that it’s a flaw in the system but it’s hard for me to consider this fraud considering mail-in ballots have gone Democrat and we’re talking California where a republican has no shot

I'm starting to question the insanity in CA. Do people really want these far left policies? And if they pad the stats in California, it adds to the popular vote and feeds the illusion that Biden won by a larger margin so it shouldn't be a surprise the Trump lost the battleground states. It also feeds the dolts who want the election decided by a popular vote and if you have this type of fraud in California to feed the popular vote, it creates a greater issue. These leftists have created chaos. They're no longer Democrats.......

If they tossed the envelopes then toss the entire precincts. There are multiple reasons to do this. Most of those votes were separated from the envelopes without bipartisan oversight. That fails under the equal protection clause because right leaning counties allowed bipartisan viewership. It wouldn't be Trump or the SCOTUS disefranshising any voters it would be their own election officials who did not follow the rules and even ignored court orders. Anyone with half a brain knows why they did not want any oversight. Toss them motherfuckers.

I agree cml. And by destroying/separating the envelops, they pretty much disregarded orders from SCOTUS to maintain them and put them aside. SCOTUS knew it could come to this. If SCOTUS lets this stand, then what it says is that they can issue directives and people will just refuse to follow them. The flood gates will open for sure. There must be ramifications but will they have to courage to do it?

See the photo. The statistical improbability of this happening is off the charts. Matter of fact, it's impossible for Biden to add 130,000 plus votes and not ONE for Trump. In addition, all the battleground states where Trump was pulling ahead shut down voting for the night and when we woke up the next morning, Biden was in the lead. I just don't think people understand that we are in a critically dangerous time for the nation.

It sure is. We just assume the CA will lean blue but how can we know for sure when the system is rigged? I was further surprised with Minnesota that Trump lost by a wider margin than 2016 when they are dealing with some serious issues. I've gotten to the point where I don't trust any results and I'd bet we hear some frightening conduct in the coming weeks. At the very least, these need to be investigated, both by law enforcement and the media but I have my doubts. Once Biden takes office, all this will be shut down. He's getting pressure from Bernie and the left and he's ill prepared to deal with it. It's a shit show.

I'd love to see consistent and logical voting methods with good controls that make it difficult to even commit fraud nationwide but it appears politics will forever keep this fragmented with questionable methods from state to state, city to city, etc

what I mean in California is I find it illogical that if some Democrat group was attempting to commit fraud, why bother with California?

As I've said before, bring evidence to court, put people under oath and show the country where it exists but if it doesnt exist or they cant prove it, then we have to move on imho

The voting process needs to change Yimmy but I won't get my hopes up. And why bother with California? To increase the popular vote. Remember, there's a push on the left to do away with the electoral college and go straight popular vote which is stupid. By padding the votes in CA, it raises the popular vote count and feeds the fire for the left.

There's no moving on. We're stuck in this quagmire no matter who wins. There are way too many abnormalities or voting irregularities to convince me that something wasn't up. The only way to do away with this fraud is to prevent the method of voting that introduces the most fraud and that's mail in ballots, ballot harvesting, etc. You want to absentee vote? God bless. Go on line, input your personal identifiers and request a ballot. But the left will never go for this....I wonder why?

I know the left is dead set against it and will do everything they can to stop it from happening.

I see no legitimate reason why anyone would be against requiring ID to vote, other than to make it easier for illegal votes to be cast.

Another little story that is not getting enough attention. Remember on election night when Fulton County stopped counting because they claimed a water pipe broke in the State Farm Arena? It turns out there was no broken pipe. It was a minuscule leak that was repair quickly. Vote counting was halted that even and was not restarted until 11am next morning. Stories like this are piling up. Remember the Michigan story when Republican watchers were sent home because they were going to stop counting until the morning? Turns out they sent Republican observers home but continued counting until 1am.

How can anyone not think these stories are not linked to some kind of funny business?

So is "keep and bear arms" but somehow I still have to show ID and endure background checks, and jump through any number of hoops to exercise that sacrosanct right. Not to mention also paying to buy the stuff.

The federal govt paying the postal service to send a ballot to all registered voters and then from the voters to the election offices is analogous to it sending me my guns and ammo by mail for free. No?

Both are guaranteed rights in the Constitution.
