Hanna is an athletic kid but he is nowhere near the player Bennett can be.

Bennett is 25 with 5 years experience. He was considered a NBA prospect coming out of HS.

Hanna is 23 with 1 year. I do not believe he started at Oklahoma until his Senior year. (bonecrusher?)

Jerry is upset that Bennett went to ny and had a better season in 1 year than he did in four years here. Moseley asked if Jason might have to fire John Garrett over this and Ed said that might happen because Jerry is so upset about this.

You know, if Jerry truly believes this he really is fucking senile and should be committed.

Bennett was never a bad player here. he had basically one role, and he played that role extremely well. Had Witten gotten hurt for an extended period and Bennett played int eh #1 TE role, he would have caught alot of passes.

Not disagreeing with you, Gant got exposed bigtime when he left and his new team tried to give him a more significant role.

That said, Gant was better in the nickel/dime than McCray ever was, and Gant was also a far better special team guy.
