So lets say they can Garrett after 1.5 seasons. We have some talent here and make some upgrades in the offseason and then Fisher doesnt make the playoffs next year. Is he then canned too?

I like Fisher, but he isnt exactly Landry or Vince Lombardi. He had a few decent teams in Tennessee but he also had alot of lousy or mediocre teams.

Those teams had nowhere near the talent of this Dallas roster. Any real fan should be offended that we're wasting the primes of some great players with Garrett here. If you bring in fisher, it at least eliminates the poor game day decisions variable to the degree that it's occurring with Garrett. "The 4th phase" as reality calls it, is a complete and utter shitshow and has been this way for 4 years now. All we know is that it wasn't solely Wade responsible. Fisher had success when McNair was playing well. I personally think Romo is better than McNair and our D is coming along. Give it an offseason to re-tool a couple things and this team could be an immediate winner.

No. You give Fisher at least 3 seasons.

Garrett was with us while Wade was here. Players on our team and opposing teams questioned his offense then. Nothing has really changed with him now as head coach. So I guess you can say we gave him more than just 1.5 seasons to prove himself.

I did not think that the loser mentality would follow Garrett, I thought that was mostly Phillips. That stuff carried over with Garrett, Campo, Houck, etc.

He was a league MVP. Fisher had plenty of talent through the years, he us a guy that doesn't know how to get over the hump.

He has lost in the playoffs repeatedly in close games. He is very schottenheimery...

No excuses fr him talent wise, he had some great teams especially on defense.

Feh. McNair was not a great QB, flatout. I guess the question is would you take Garrett over Fisher?
