Lol Jon you ok?

I changed my mind afer hearing the 911 call and seeing Zimmerman's demeanor a few times.

Martin shouldn't have hit him, but I think Zimmerman was wrong for shooting someone who was shouting for help and unarmed.

I've told you from the beginning why that wasn't going to happen...

I have you on ignore.

On the 911 call you can hear Martin is in the background screaming "help!"

Good point. Except for the part where Martins parents went on record saying that wasn't their sons voice.

Oh, and the witnesses that saw/heard Zimmerman yelling for help.

Admit it... you're just trying to make up for that whole threatening to shoot a black guy who mean mugged you thing.

Not at all. If that's Zimmerman's voice then I'll switch sides.

As far as threatening to shoot the guy, I'll tell you again what happend: He walked in front of my truck glaring at me and keeping eye contact, walked past it, then stopped and walked up to me like he was about to open my door. Then he stopped and turned around when he saw I didn't get scared speed away. Had he opened my door I would have shot him, and that's what I told him.

I remember Martin's parents saying something about that when asked but I'm not sure that hasn't been since retracted or clarified or whatever.

As for the witnesses, if they exist then there shouldn't be much contention about who's voice it is. I'm not sure they exist because it's still a point of contention. I know there was one anonymous witness who said he saw the thing but the news never really got too deep into that.

All in all I think the voice will likely be considered but because you can't prove who's voice it is it's anyone's claim to make. If the witness can't state 100% for certain that he saw Zimmerman yelling then it's a toss up on who was actually yelling. Personally, I don't really think it sounds like Zimmerman based on the phone call but it's hard to determine how someone might sound if their life was in danger.

I think there's gonna be a lot of uncertainty about the actual chain of events. Ultimately he followed the kid when the dispatcher said he shouldn't and whatever happened after that is the result.

If you want to start at the beginning, if tray on had not have bought the bag of skittles none of this would have happened.

FOX 35 in Orlando says that it has spoken to the witness. The witness reportedly said that
“The guy on the bottom who had a red sweater on was yelling to me: ‘help, help…and I told him to stop and I was calling 911.” Martin was wearing a hoodie that night and Zimmerman was wearing a red shirt or sweater. A friend of Zimmerman has also come forward to say that Zimmerman looked like a mess after the fight and that he recognized Zimmerman as the voice on the 911 call asking people to help him.

Zimmerman Jury Picked

SANFORD, Fla. (AP) — A jury of six women, five of them white and the other a minority, was picked Thursday to decide the second-degree murder trial of George Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch volunteer who says he fatally shot Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black teenager, in self-defense.

Prosecutors have said Zimmerman, 29, racially profiled the 17-year-old Martin as he walked back from a convenience store on a rainy night Feb. 26, 2012, wearing a dark hooded shirt.

The race and ethnicity of the minority chosen for the jury was not immediately available. Zimmerman identifies himself as Hispanic.

Two of the jurors recently moved to the area — one from Iowa and one from Chicago — and two are involved with rescuing animals as their hobbies.

One juror had a prior arrest, but she said it was disposed of and she thought she was treated fairly. Two jurors have guns in their homes. All of their names have been kept confidential and the panel will be sequestered for the trial.

The central Florida community of Sanford is in Seminole County, which is 78.5 percent white and 16.5 percent black, roughly mirroring the jury's racial makeup.

Prosecutors and defense attorneys chose the panel of six jurors after almost two weeks of jury selection. In Florida, 12 jurors are required only for criminal trials involving capital cases, when the death penalty is being considered.

If convicted, Zimmerman could face a potential life sentence.

On Feb. 26, 2012, Zimmerman spotted Martin, whom he did not recognize, walking in the gated townhome community where Zimmerman lived and the fiancee of Martin's father also resided. There had been a rash of recent break-ins at the Retreat, and Zimmerman was wary of strangers walking through the complex.

The two eventually got into a struggle and Zimmerman shot Martin in the chest with his 9mm handgun. He was charged 44 days after the shooting, only after a special prosecutor was appointed to review the case.

Martin's shooting death and the initial decision not to charge Zimmerman led to public outrage and demonstrations around the nation, with some accusing Sanford police of failing to thoroughly investigate the shooting.

The six jurors were culled from a pool of 40 candidates who made it into a second round of jury questioning. Two men and two women also were picked as alternate jurors.

Before selecting the jurors Thursday, defense attorney Mark O'Mara explored potential jurors' views on guns, self-defense and justifiable use of force.

Under Florida law, Zimmerman could shoot Martin in self-defense if it was necessary to prevent death or great bodily harm. O'Mara previously decided not to invoke a "stand your ground" hearing in which a judge alone would decide whether to dismiss the case or allow it to proceed to trial.

This looks like it could be a fair jury. Had Zimmerman gotten a jury like Johnny Cocksucker hand picked for OJ, you could already count on his conviction.

BTW, if those were Zimmerman's screams on the 911 tape then good riddance, Trayvon.

I know a guy who swears Zimm will be convicted for manslaughter.
I told him he is wrong, because Zimm got charged with 2nd degree murder, not manslaughter.
I think under the current Stand Your Ground law,Zimm is innocent, and his injuries are consistent with defensive injuries.
His story checked out with the police, let's face it,he was only arrested to appease the race baiters and unruly mobs.
Sad thing is,they just selected an all female jury....he's fucked.
