Depends on the facts. If you were an innocent person who was attacked, then probably. If you were following someone after profiling them and putting them in fear for their life, then probably not.

I'm sorry, but when do 17 year old teenage boys feel that they aren't invincible?

I guess the pictures the media have been running with of a cherubic Trayvon Martin have really gotten to you.

btw how long does the Trayvon Martin case go along the wayside along with Casey Anthony?
Anthony was a case with strong emotions, true. But not like this. Too many people with deep seeded feelings of racial hatred, on both sides.

I think it depends on the verdict. If he's found guilty, I think we'll see it fade away. If he's found not guilty, I think there will be trouble. People like J. Jackson and A. Sharpton will make a stink about it. Groups like the NBPP will have their say. And of course, on the other side, it wouldn't surpise me a bit if skinhead groups decided to fan the flames a bit, too. It could get ugly.

I don't think the white supremecists will get involved if he's found guilty. Mainly, because Zimmerman isn't quite the kind of guy they'd be championing. Too tan. But it wouldn't shock me a bit if they caused trouble if he's found not guilty. If only to antagonize the black community if and when they protest a not guilty verdict if it comes.

I need some thicker skin? Interesting take after reading that.

Btw. Whered'ja git your lawyerin' certiffykit? I've got a few hours to kill. Sounds like it could be interesting.
There's been debate on both sides... apparently only your side has been the victim of "ridicule." Yeah, thicker skin and all that.

Someone telling a DCC'er they need a thicker skin is funny. lol
Guess you're still smarting from the concussion lawsuit thread. I apologize.

How on earth can the prosecutor maintain a Murder 2 charge in the face of obvious reasonable doubt? And it's at least reasonable doubt. When a far lefty like Alan Derschowitz bails on you, you know you're in trouble.

I agree that is unprovable and I don't think it fits the merits of the case.

I don't even think its a 1st degree manslaughter case IMO he just overacted to a situation he put himself in.

The guy harassed, stalked and after getting his ass beat shot and killed an unarmed teenager. A boy who was doing nothing but walking while black. Can't believe how so many go out of their way to defend Zimmerman.

He should do some time.
