Absolutely... A prosecutor who thought they had a weak case could offer a manslaughter deal with no firearm finding and plea the guy out to 5-10 years. But with the press this case has received, I think it unlikely we see anything other than a jury trial. Can he work a deal with prosecutors to get something lighter? I'm totally going off of what I've seen on Law and Order here.
What about heroin?
A mexican killed a black dude. Everyone is racist. I think there was break dancing involved. It was crazy.
Just saw back 2 back commercials featuring a black man dressed in drag (Barkley) & a black man dressed in kiddie pajamas (Tracy Morgan)...
Just sayin
Ol Zimmy's lawyers quit.

Attorneys say they still believe former client is innocent and acted in self-defense
Engage in heated discussion with the press, say Zimmerman is "victim" of press attacks
In a highly contentious press conference, attorneys Craig Sonner and Hal Uhrig announced they have withdrawn as counsel for George Zimmerman, who remains under intense scrutiny for the killing of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
"It's no so much that we are resigning. It's that we cannot continue to represent him until he comes forward," said attorney Craig Sonner.

Prosecutors, judges, police officers... they can all catch a lot of heat when a case like this is plead out, because inevitably people aren't going to think it's enough, or they'll think it's too much. They'll catch it from both sides. If they can pass the buck off to 12 anonymous people who don't have to be elected, then they can just say, well we did all we could and the jury decided it.
By the way, that picture looks doctored. Is it from a credible source?
