Or there'd be nothing right now. Not only because we'd have 2 sides of the story to tell but also because it's doubtful he'd have been so brazen to chase after a person he suspected of being a criminal.
But he wuz scared for his life!

If the neighbors are saying quit playing grab ass you two and They called the cops then yes.

You can't put a 17 year old in reasonable fear of his death and then kill him when he stands his ground.

You would just allow yourself to be beaten?

Fight back but use your fists. The guy would have never followed him if he didn't have the gun. He put himself in that situation and was getting beat up and decided to pull a gun. He had other other options. His injuries weren't life threatening, and he was hardly being beaten to death. Fight back with your fists, your a grown armed man fighting a teenager.

Now 17 year old Trayvon is a boxing legend.

Yes. Because that's what I said and/or implied. Derp.

He was mentioning strictly weight like it was some sort of handicap. Just pointing out how retarded that is. Not surprised you bit on that angle, tho.

Remember those straws we were talking about earlier? Still haven't quite got 'em grasped, huh?

Sure thing internet tough guy. He felt having his head smashed was life threatening. You are insane if you believe you know exactly what happened and if GZ should fear for his life.

:lol Internet tough guy, makes no sense par for the course coming from you.

No stitches, no concussion (that I've heard), no broken nose, yeah he feared for his life irrationally and shot an unarmed kid because of a situation he helped create.

I believe that GZ created the situation by following him, but the idea that once he got into a situation where his head was being slammed into the ground he should just throw the gun away and fight like a man is ridiculous.

What would you have done with Martin sitting on top of you like he was Zimmerman? Just curious because I'm pretty sure I already know what I'm going to hear. Iamtdg check your PMs.

I'm not going to indulge you in your outlandish conspiracy theories.

But is that justifiable use?

Creating a situation and then when that situation gets out of your hands, promptly ending it with a weapon?

wouldn't trayvon peering into houses also help create the situation? yes, it's only zimmermans testimony and no, we can't look at trayvons history, but outside that both sides can only speculate.

I wouldn't have been in that situation. But I have answered that, he should have fought back with his fists.

unless he (trayvon) saw the gun and was going for it. i'm not sure what happened that night and i'd like to have more witnesses around to help verify or refute. but we don't. it just seems the trial has already taken place in the media and now people just see what supports their verdict.

It's hard to say who went after who first. So, I can't answer your question.

I've said that GZ shouldn't have followed him, but if TM went after him instead of running the other way and started beating his head on the pavement, I can see justification for shooting him.

Now, if GZ started the actual confrontation he should be found guilty.
