The Browns just hired someone out of our front office for a fairly high ranking position within their organization. The name escapes me, maybe someone can post it.

that was a lawyer not a personel guy.

Alec Scheiner was the teams general counsel.

that's like if the chiefs hired jerrys personal secretary maryln love and calling it a football move.

broaddus just said the offensive side of the ball is not being ignored and the GM is going to change it up.

he thinks they have coordinators in mind already and then brought up Horton, lovie and kiffen again.

but he emphasized that jerry feels the same about the offense as he did the defense.

good..not quite sure what the problem here is..

sounds to me like jerry actually has a good understanding of the situation

offense sucks - get a new guy in here to run it
defense sucks - get a new guy in here to run it

my sentiments exactly

mickey just said jerry told him there a number of other things happening when he talked to him on Monday but they couldn't talk about it on Monday...

so I guess the offensive staff is going to get a shakeup pretty good.

or jerry jr is the new head coach..

either way.

I find myself looking at Twitter every thirty seconds.

we all are. I have a ton of work to do and I am listening to broaddus yell at mickey.

mickey just undressed calvin Watkins and dan graziano for writing columns on the video clip they released.

he said they completely missed the whole point and just used it how they wanted, now that is the official storyline.

I want to call and say duh? ever read Watkins before, he is a football ******.

I hate it when people spout off like they know the whole situation just because they watched a brief video.

I agree and if they hired the right people for those spots and made a few positive changes personnel wise, they'll probably be better onthe field next year.

But when that much is wrong it would seem to make sense to change everyone out, not just a couple of the coordinators. (or in our case, the guysthat run all thee phases of the team)

Jerry is right to insist for those changes, but Jerry is wrong because he is the one who had to actually MAKE those changes. He should have canned Garrett and hired a proven HC to do all this for him.

BryanBroaddus @fishsports Carmichael Jr is not under contract to the Saints. I would make him say " no" to me. 3 minutes ago · reply · retweet · favorite

BryanBroaddus Gut tells me Callahan would like to coordinate the offense but would take him away from OL duties. Wes Phillips could help to make work.

Werder did say Garrett's preference would be to let Callahan do it. Said we (Jerry?) wanted more West Coast concepts.
