Due process

For someone who says repeatedly he doesn't want any infringements on the constitution doesn't this come off a little hypocritical? I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to you being emotional over this horrific tragedy.

No. If war comes to our shores are we going to waste time trying to catch them and give them due process? If their methods are less than tanks and conventional methods are we going to allow our foundations for their benefit?

And moreover, due process is for when there is doubt and due process has been sorely abused in this country, ala Loughner, that Aurora clown and the like. Maybe everyone should take into consideration the intent of due process and stop thinking bad precedents need to define due process.
