I'll be pulling for them like I always do, but I have pretty mediocre expectations.

Without seeing anything else they do from a coach hiring, free agency and draft perspective, I think 7-10 or 6-11 is probably what we are looking at.

Doesn’t really matter what fans do, the PSL’s were the final nail in the coffin and as everyone is finally starting to see, nothing can overcome the albatross of an owner

Seeing everyone boo jerry, not being able to post his ugly mug on his stupid video board and the occasional concert of criticism that goes his way and seeing him visibly upset is about the only solace cowboy fans have anymore

He mentions the number of years thing for McCarthy balking, but they gave Schottenheimer 4yrs. If thats what they offered McCarthy and he said no because of that then he is just as stupid as he is fat.

It appears the narrative that McCarthy also balked because of the Witten thing is also false.

Oh we definitely have generational trouble ahead. The apple don’t fall far from the tree. Not only will the Jerruh not sniff a Super Bowl before his time, neither will the sons, and neither will the fans. 29 years of nothing with 29 more years of nothing staring us straight in the face. I had to Google Andre Curtis, didnt know who he was.

He was under Matt Eberflus in Chicago as the safeties coach for them and prior to that he was the passing game defensive coordinator for Pete Carroll in Seattle. Looks like his area of expertise is DB (safeties). Has been an NFL assistant since 2006.

I would think if Eberflus is indeed the DC pick Curtis might be coming with him. This article says he is under consideration for DC as well.
