Not sure if this means anything about his real status there, two more assistant coaches were hired this week to his UNC staff.

Hasn't been the hot commodity he was last year.

His dad is also a former Cowboy assistant under Jimmy.

I guess McCarthy didnt lock down that job yesterday after all.
