When is it "free"? Someone has to pay for it. Unless every health care professional in this country decides to work without pay, including the drug companies, health care is NOT free. What don't you understand?

Not all liberal programs foster laziness... well not every Republican wants to spend more on defense, either.

Neither do I. But I'd rather my tax dollars go towards helping people afford healthcare, among many other things.

Can't have freedom without law enforcement, dude. Or would you prefer an anarchy?

Right so we can pay to overstaff our police forces who spend the majority of their time writing traffic citations but paying so that Americans have access to affordable healthcare that won't financially cripple them should they get sick is just anti-American or is it anti-Freedom?

And just where exactly are you getting this info or are you pulling it out of your ass?

And when is health care "affordable"? When maybe when the hospitals stop charging $35 to give you ONE FUCKING ASPRIN for starters, and it goes on from there.

But back to what I was saying... I'm sure there are more than a few policeman's widows who would beg to differ about how their spouses were killed in the line of duty. I'm also sure that not many of them were writing citations when it happened, but please, minimize their contribution to society if it means you can get a free enema every week.

How about someone name one government social program that has worked out to benefit the people. Just one.

Now, think of the health care system being that fucked up.

Unemployment, medicaire, medicaid, veterans benefits/healthcare (already being managed by the government) um pretty much all of them benefit people?
