I seem to remember we did pretty well in the 90's and here lately winning the division a few times even with Wade as the coach. Jerry ain't nothing to write home about as a GM. But neither are a lot of them that have owners that don't give a damn to boot.

Holland is good as a backuop/swing guard that you can get by with him starting a couple of games in a pinch. You do not want him as a fulltime starter.
