You can stop your idiotic all or nothing posts anytime. You are making an ass out of yourself. You can hit your head and still shoot the attacker. The Trayvon crowd has lost any semblance of rational thought. That didnt happen you're not retarded.
Again if my head is being bounced off of concrete I'm not able to pull out and fire any gun and I am not able to remember details.
That didnt happen.
Which is it?
He was afraid for his life yet he had full range of motion and remembers everything?
A little more difficult to believe that your life is in danger if you have the wherewithal to do all that. I mean we are lead to believe in this thread alone that his head was being bashed repeatedly against the concrete.
If that was the case the chances he had a severe concussion would be very high, MB4 point remains. You can't have it both ways, either his life was endanger because of a severe beating, or he overreacted because he was scared.
See I have a hard time believing it was as bad as you claim because of his ability to get the gun and fire, and seemingly have perfect recollection of what happened. It doesn't make sense if the beating is bad as you can he claim it was. You could get scratches and bleeding from rolling around on the ground in a fight. That being said, I don't doubt he was scared, because he was getting his ass beat but I think he overacted and don't for a second believe his life was ever in danger. I am not sure that matters though, and that is why I made post 1785.That was occuing. There's no disputing that. There's photographic evidence of him bleeding from the back of his head.
Mb4s point doesn't stand. It's not mutually exclusive.
It is entirely possible to be taking shots to the head and still be able to function, both physically and mentally. It's not that hard to understand, really.
How could somebody take repeated shots to the skull from a guy like George Foreman and still continue on round after round? The way some are carrying on, after the first overhand right landed, a coma would follow.
I've been in numerous fights in the past where I'd been punched/kicked in the head, or hit with things like beer bottles. And was still able to continue fighting. Adrenaline is an amazingly powerful thing. Just because Zimmerman was taking shots to his head hard enough to cause a bleeding wound wouldn't automatically render him unable to think or react.

If all it takes for a self defense claim is to say you were scared, no matter how ridiculous or how badly you may have overreacted, than he may get off. I find it hard to believe that he will just walk. I think he will get some jail time for this.
