Boys, girls and spunk, I have no idea if it was a justified shooting. That is what the trial is for. But to pretend the white guy...I mean the Hispanic Jew is automatically in the wrong without due process is ridiculous. The media did everything in their power to spin the story one way and chose to ignore many of the facts. Trayvon was no prince. He bragged about beating a bus driver for no reason shortly before the incident with Martin. We know he was a thief. We know Trayvon did drugs. We know what the eyewitness has claimed. I do not expect Zimmerman to be found innocent because of Trayvon's horrible past behavior, but it does provide insight into the type of person he was. The violent/criminal aspect of his makeup will be a large part of this trial I expect.

He probably figured out he was violent when Trayvon jumped him, bashed in his face and smashed his head again and again into the pavement. If someone attacked me in the same manner I would have shot him also.

Obviously I know nothing about law as spunk has pointed out, but how would Trayvon admitting he beat up a bus driver for no reason, bragging about it, not be admissible as evidence regarding his character. Not saying it is or is not, just looking for clarification.

You are so easily confused...Walking back to his car following the direction of the police dispatcher he was attacked. This was a high crime area with multiple recent break-ins. Based on the stolen goods found in his possession, Trayvon could very well be the one committing the robberies.

Just going by the eyewitness remarks and the physical injuries Zimmerman suffered. Again, there will be a trial. That is what they are for. The racists are the dumb fucks who jumped on the story of a white guy shooting a little black kid, when that is not even close to being accurate. The only people I am biased against are the terminally stupid that do not have the capability to think beyond their little view of the world. Why would you assume the white guy..ehem..hispanic jew is guilty? Do you hate white guys, jews or hispanics?

Personally, I will wait for the outcome of the trial. Since I am new to the board I wanted to throw my two cents in on the topic when someone else revieved the thread today.
