I believe that it should be discovered whether there was undue force. If Trayvon did work to defend himself, he was not armed and so that is an unfair fight right there. Trayvon was not armed and the man who shot him was. So there is a possibility of undue force.

really bob because it sounds to me like she was using the common sense that everyone who isn't racist and looked at this case used.

nice to know a murderer is on equal footing with the Situation when it comes to labels.

"douchebag" indeed. Dahmer was "a bit of a prick".

Douchebag for following the guy, justified and a bit of a pussy for shooting the kid.

Maybe you should have proofread and posted that one first, dipshit. Glad I could motivate you to actually post something relevant.

:lol

Man, you are good at Riverdancing around a point, I will give you that.

So, no comment now?

Didn't think so.

how do you know who attacked those people first, all we have is a blurb. maybe ten whiteys saw some suspicious looking darkies and followed them until they felt threatened and retaliated.

gooood question. yet you just implied that Zim attacked first. why would Zim go from shadowing the guy to attacking without provocation? he wouldn't. common sense tells us Martin delivered the first blow.

“hype this up so much to a point and make all this big demonstrations. Of course, there should be an outrage and there should be an outcry. But, remember: There are many other young people who are at risk and many young people getting killed in violent situations.”

splain, punk.

"He was not thinking rationally. It was very tragic that Trayvon was dead. Trayvon never should have been shot," she said.

"This is not a time to celebrate a victory because no victory has been won. An acquittal just happened. But some lives have been really devastated."

I don't think so. I think the media reported the race angle. But a racial component was present when a white hispanic man spotted a black teenager in a gated community in Sanford, Florida.

LOL White hispanic? Great job copying the verbiage of the leftists who are inciting the race issue. I guess Obama is a White African American. Good grief.

I don't gloat he got off. In fact, I think if the prosecution had their shit together, his dumb ass would be facing time for manslaughter.

I just get off on the enflamed masses whipping themselves into a frenzy using the same twisted logic they claim racists are using to gloat.

In other words, I still love you.

No shit. Prior to this trial, no one with Zim's bloodlines had been referred to that way. Gee, I wonder why. Oh yeah: racism.

lol@ justified.

Last thing on Trayvon from me today.

If you think "justice" was done here, I don't see how there's any way your opinion can be anything but racially motivated. Unless you're just sooooo mad at the evil media that you're stoked a kid was killed without retribution just to stick it to them and Sharpton - which again, racially motivated.

A kid is dead for no reason and the guy who killed him won't serve a day in jail. Yeah ok "justice". Go burn a cross.

Why can't everyone just agree with this line of thinking? It was a senseless killing brought on by two people filled with too much adrenaline.

Why bring race into it?

Who is harping on it being about race the most?

Those are the questions people should be asking. Not whether Zimmerman was justified or should deserve the chair for it. Believe me, he's stored up his 'treasure' in Heaven.
