Again, I preface all of this with "if he did it", because Jack Smith is known for manufacturing evidence.

Also if you recall, the Biden FBI/DOJ people initially insisted Trump turn off all his security cameras for their "raid" as well. And that part was FACT.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden on Friday for the first time publicly acknowledged his seventh grandchild, a 4-year-old girl fathered by his son Hunter with an Arkansas woman, Lunden Roberts, in 2018.

“Our son Hunter and Navy’s mother, Lunden, are working together to foster a relationship that is in the best interests of their daughter, preserving her privacy as much as possible going forward,” Biden said in a statement. It was his first acknowledgement of the child.

“Jill and I only want what is best for all of our grandchildren, including Navy.”

Hunter Biden’s paternity was established by DNA testing after Roberts sued for child support, and the two parties recently resolved outstanding child support issues.

Hunter Biden was ordered last month to sit for a deposition under oath to answer questions about his finances. He also asked for his child support payments to be reduced after he reached an original settlement with Roberts in 2020.

As part of the deal, Hunter Biden will give some of his paintings to his daughter, which can vary in size with a minimum size of 24×24, per the settlement. His daughter will be able to select which paintings will be sent to her or to a gallery designated by Roberts.

The settlement says “the net proceeds of any sales of paintings shall be wired to an account designated by Lunden Roberts.”

Roberts asked for Hunter Biden to be held in contempt of court and jailed for allegedly not complying with court orders to turn over financial records.

Hunter Biden has four other kids, three adult children with whom he welcomed with ex-wife Kathleen Buhle and his youngest son, Beau Biden Jr., whom he welcomed with current wife Melissa Cohen in 2020.

Cohen and Hunter Biden married in May 2019 in Los Angeles, California, just six days after meeting. Speaking with ABC News exclusively, Hunter Biden said five months after the marriage, "I instantly fell in love with her. And then I've fallen in love with her more every day."

The couple met through a friend of hers, who wrote Melissa's phone number onto Hunter's hand and insisted he call her. Hunter got a "shalom" tattoo to match Melissa's within days of meeting her and they were married at her apartment less than a week later; neither had their families in attendance and the wedding photos were taken by a friend on a cellphone.

Color me unimpressed by these charges. When the underlying criminal theory is flawed, then stacking more crimes relative to that theory is BS. It's like charging a coroner with desecration of a body then stacking a destruction of evidence crime.

I'm not losing sight of the Left's goals here. They don't care if Trump goes to jail. They just don't want him to run and if he runs, they want him to lose. They're taking the shotgun approach: keep him off the ballot and if he is off any state ballots, then the Left knows full well he'll be a write in candidate for millions of voters, thus splitting the Republican votes and ensuring Biden or whatever Leftist gets 4 more years. These crooks are ideologues and treasonous traitors. They have a long game. They're trying to damage Trump by leaking photos of the search warrant and things that, on the outside, appear damning. But Biden is allowed to give back the fruits of his crimes without any repercussions and then the DoJ makes another novel theory that since The Fraud gave some back, he cooperated and thus shouldn't be charged. And if reports are accurate, he has 1850 more boxes and he's still not charged.

I'm not falling for any of it. They're charging his assistants in an effort to get them to flip on Trump. And they might when faced with the overwhelming pressure and resources of the government. And that will be the next narrative in the ultimate hopes that good people like you will take another view of the case and forget about the fact that the whole thing is BS and no crime was committed in the first place.

The more Trump speaks, the more I can understand the guy. When he claimed this was election interference, I thought he was off base. But the more we see, the more I believe the man is right. If Trump wasn't running for President, the Left wouldn't give two shits.

Has anyone noticed how the charges against Trump are almost identical to the actions of Hillary and her email server? Now Trump is being accused of asking minions to delete video tapes which are rightfully his to delete. This is analogous to Hillary deleting 33,000 email which she said were personal. If Hillary can delete 33,000 emails claiming they were personal then why shouldn't Trump be able to delete video from security cameras in his own home? It doesn't get more personal than that.

Of course there was election interference in 2020. The entire COVID debacle was election interference. How convenient we have a pandemic that began almost exactly as the campaign season began. Then Democrats forced the country closed to damage the economy and make people miserable. This was all done to effect the elections outcome. If not for COVID, Trump would have won in a landslide. But it didn't end there. Democrats used COVID as an excuse to skirt state laws and mandate mail-in balloting so they could ballot harvest and manufacture votes. The fact they did this unlawfully in many states is completely overlooked.

I was talking to a buddy this morning about the complete breakdown of our checks and balances. And the end result is what we are currently seeing and a complete breakdown of our way of life.

At one time, the SCOTUS ruled that slavery was legal and that black Americans were not covered by the Constitution (Dred Scott). It took some courage to right that wrong.

Our current judges lack courage. There is no avenue for a victim of a corrupt system to reign in these traitors.

Also, to your point of "if (Trump) did the things he's accused of in the second indictment, this is what he posted on Truth Social:

"MAR-A-LAGO SECURITY TAPES WERE NOT DELETED. THEY WERE VOLUNTARILY HANDED OVER TO THE THUGS, HEADED UP BY DERANGED JACK SMITH. WE DID NOT EVEN GO TO COURT TO STOP THEM FROM GETTING THESE TAPES. I NEVER TOLD ANYBODY TO DELETE THEM. PROSECUTORIAL FICTION & MISCONDUCT! ELECTION INTERFERENCE!"

"The Crooked Election Interference “Thugs” from the DOJ, headed by the worst Thug of them all, Deranged Jack Smith, are now admitting that the Mar-a-Lago Security Tapes were NOT DELETED. And now we have this: DOJ is attempting to arrest Devon Archer just hours before he’s scheduled to testify about the Biden’s corruption and foreign influence peddling. SDNY Damian Williams issued the letter Saturday telling Judge Abrams to order Devon Archer to report IMMEDIATELY.

The level of corruption is off the charts.......

I understood the tapes were not deleted, and frankly they are Trump's tapes to delete, like when Hillary deleted her personal emails under subpoena. But I believe he is accused of conspiracy which does not require the tapes to be deleted only that there was more than one person involved in an attempt to obstruct justice. But charging documents are very one sided and do not provide any exculpatory evidence. We will get more facts when/if we hear the case.

But the most egregious violation of Trump's rights is definitely the breaching of attorney-client privilege. Courts only allow this when the client and attorney are in cahoots to violate the law. But Trump's attorneys were not charged with any crimes or accused of any crimes. In fact, the charging documents claim Trump kept his attorneys in the dark about his attempts to hide documents from the DOJ. Yet, Smith used privileged conversations between Trump and his lawyers in his indictment. I cannot believe any judge would allow this. It is a serious enough violation of Trump's rights to get the entire case thrown out with prejudice. During the investigation of Hillary, the DOJ went out of its way to not violate A-C privilege even though there was evidence that Hillary's lawyers were directly involved in the destruction of evidence.

The misconception is that Joe Biden had to personally benefit financially for there to be a crime. This is false. Even if Biden allowed himself to be used by his son so that his family could benefit financially, as the did, that is also a crime. But we have testimony from a confidential human source that Biden was paid $5 million to fire Ukraine's top prosecutor so that Burisma, the company that hired Hunter onto their board despite his record of misconduct and no experience in the oil and gas industry, could avoid a potential investigation into corruption. I don't know how much more evidence is necessary to impeach Biden and arrest him on charges of public corruption and bribery.
