People need to understand that these proposed taxes, in some form, have been tried in the courts and ruled unconstitutional. The 16th amendment gives congress the power to impose taxes on INCOME. The word INCOME is in the 16th amendment. Unrealized gains is not income, it is a wealth tax. It is unconstitutional, and also stupid. I have a feeling the intent of this stupid law is to get money out of capital investments and into the government bonds. In other words, money rushes into government interest paying bonds and out of capital investments. The government borrows money at lower rates because of the demand, and they can borrow and spend more.

The minute this woman said she could not remember when this alleged rape occurred, the judge should have thrown this case out of court. By not being specific, it left Trump unable to provide evidence he was somewhere else other than in NY at the time of the alleged assault.

But also, Trump has been famous for many years, before the timeframe she claims this rape occurred. If a billionaire like Trump walked into a high end store like BG, there is no way he would not have been noticed. In fact, a dozen sales people would have surrounded him asking how they could help him find what he was looking for.

It is absurd that Carroll claims he assaulted her in a dressing room and no one saw or heard a thing. No one saw Trump that day or any day. If this case stands, it should send shivers down the spine of every man, famous or not, because a conviction or determination of liability based on no evidence and only the word of the plaintiff makes us all vulnerable to awful accusations and penalties. The NY courts are corrupt to the core.
