he did it to the wolverine

i've seen every show as far as i know. his kid tried to shoot the last one and his gun jammed.

i've NEVER seen him disrespect the animal or just go "redneck" on an animal. he needs to sell the fur and the wolvie fur is around $500+. if he unloads on it, he gets no $.

so show me the vid. :) otherwise i disagree. i've seen all the shows and he's never just unloaded on ANY animal.

as for the gun -
looks like a movie prop. :) but to be honest, not sure what it fires, is it "semi" and the like. making something "look" evil doesn't always make it that way to me. but i will go dig on this some more.

Its a legit gun, 50 round clip, the military version comes in full auto. capable of 900 rounds per minute. As accurate as an M-16 close range (max effective range about 150m), but designef for urban warfare. Compact, fast shooting, basically an infighter buzzsaw.

And hell yes I would want one.

You bringing in comics to this discussion?

sounds like he's trying to say charlie from yukon men went "redneck" on a wolverine on the tv show.

i've seen 'em all and i've never seen him do that. so i either missed it, or we're talking different shows. charlie is an avid trapper and needs the fur. unless the wolverine broke free and was coming at him, he'd never lose the chance at $500.

i gotta say i would too.

do i have a use for it?

no. however, the gripe against the AR-15 to me is "urban warfare". the shorter stock on the M4 versions do make it easier to use in tight situations. outside that, it's just another semi-auto gun.

but i don't have a use for my custom painted KISS pinball machine either.

i think it's mostly used for standard military issue, not sniper type work, but it's a very accurate gun. even i got close to a bullseye at 50 yards w/o a scope.

Not sure what the Military is using for Sniper work now, but 20 years ago it was a barrett mark II or a modified 30-06 depending on your preference and branch. You hit something in the ankle with the Barrett inside 600m and it hits bone, it will shatter every thing up to his nuts.

any idea what chris kyle used?

i do have a mosin nagant but i'd not really call it a sniper rifle.

I used to own a wolverine fighting ring. The ones that didn't win would either get drowned, electrocuted, or had to fight me.

You can get an AR in a larger caliber than 5.56/.223 That round is more suited to coyote and such. 7.62/.308 would be more suited to bigger game.

I have a colt LE6920 that I use for coyotes and target shooting at the range. I have a remington 7mag that I use for deer/elk.

Actually for straight up in fighting, I would still prefer a mac 10, 11 or 12. Compact, hella fast fire rate. And just looks mean as hell. But the one handed firing thing you see in the movies is bull shit, if you miss in the first three rounds out the barrell firing one handed, you are likely hitting the birds over his head at that point.
