Developing a young qb has nothing to do with romo. It has to do with the lousy roster.
And a lousy FO.

What do u mean huh? Try reading, I think your capable of that although not positive.
I have said in my previous two posts, we can replace spencer by platooning the position with what we have and a draft pick or a mid level free agent.
If that isn't clear I can have my four year old draw you pictures, I am sure they are on your wavelength.
Bill Polian is kinda an authority of both 3-4 and 4-3 defensive roster building
DE in the 4-3 is pretty critical. If they think he is capable of being really good there, that gives us a potentially ominant pass rush. No more will he (or Ware) be wasting plays dropping into coverage.
Bill Polian is kinda an authority of both 3-4 and 4-3 defensive roster building, and he believes Spencer will be a better LDE in the 4-3 than he was OLB in the 3-4. Then there's these blurbs we see about both Marinelli and Kiffin really liking Spencer's potential for this scheme.
Makes sense to keep him if the price is right.
How quickly you forget the Henson/Hutchison years.
Define the right price.
Last year weren't you saying he would get more than Ahmad Brooks?
That was what? At least 40M? Now he has a breakout season, what's the "right price"?
whaaaat?
They did attempt to draft and develop a middle round prospect in McGee, he just didnt work out.
I strongly suspect we'll see a QB drafted fairly high either this year or next year.
Bill Polian an authority? How come Indy's Ds constantly sucked?
First, do you consider Polian a good GM?
Second, checking your facts might help you out Bob. Polian was GM there from 97-09, and they had two statistically "bad" years. Some of their defensive numbers are quite good, and they did have alot of good players on their defense over his time there.
christ 50?????????
4 for 30 at most and im out. I don't want 36 year old Anthony Spencer on the books.
Your ceiling, wtf are you, Warren Buffet?
