We'll never learn. I'm depressed because these things become political issues instead of just calling it what it is. Terrorism by people who come to this country and take advantage of it's citizens and laws.

I mentioned some time ago that my family immigrated when I was a young boy. My family assimilated. They had to or they couldn't survive back then/ America gave them a chance and I'll forever respect my parents for learning the language and doing what they needed to do to fit in and be part of the community. Today, we bend over backwards to assimilate for these fuckers. To change our laws or our way of life to make them feel comfortable being here. It's absolutely atrocious. This is a real personal issue for me to see how these people treat the nation that welcomed them and gave them a chance to survive which they didn't have in their country of birth/origin.

Unfortunately I think it really something worse than just an example of being PC, as so many (right or left) intimate.
