I don't think the play was designed to have them in the same area. Witten released upfield once Romo started playing street ball. Romo always intended to hit Williams IMO.
I saw in the replay where Williams adjusted his route, perhaps due to a signal from Romo.

Either way, whatta throw and catch. Especially the catch.

as surprising as the defense has been, when Lawrence comes back, they definitely need him to be the real deal because we lead the league in just missing sacks

Helluva win today Cabal. If not for two bad special teams plays and a miscommunication on a snap, we basically would have run the best team in football off their own field.

Don't want to go too overboard, but this is probably the most significant win we've had in a long time. Hopefully they go 3-1 or 4-0 in the next 4 and we keep improving defensively and we can be a major factor in the NFC

Best at win since the 2007 win in prime time over Green Bay, IMO.

I'd put it up there with the big win in 2009 over the undefeated Saints.

Would be better if we didn't have Kim Jong Jones as the owner of the team though. Should have got Romo a real coach back in 2007 and let him fly.

That was a nice win too. Forgot about that one.

I really shocked by the mental toughness this team has. Havent felt this happy about the Cowboys in awhile. I just hope they dont eat the cheese. Its a long season. I do think if the O-line can stay healthy, the are going to win alot of games this season.

The only thing that concerns me is that the last two games the Cowboys have dominated the other team on both sides of the ball, but still barely got out with the win. Under Jimmy Johnson, Special Teams was never a weak link. They need to get that fixed if they want to be a contender.

until that last scoring drive, the o-line really regressed in the second half yesterday (pressure getting to Romo, no running room for Murray, killer holding penalties, etc.) they have a hard time running when the other team is anticipating the run
