They should steal a page from Popovich and tank the Pats game. Give the starters two weeks of rest and get these banged up guys healthy. An AFC loss will be inconsequential.

Wondering if we're going to see a repeat of the Thanksgiving Day blowout from last yr next week.

Probably should be prepared for the worst.

Eh. Fuck Philly.

McCoy and Maclin owned us last year. Can't wait until Chip gets his way and has only white players.

On a side note, pretty funny that Winston and Mariota threw their first NFL TD passes to the same team. Winston looked like he was trying his best Jemarcus Russell impression.

Guaranteed L, and I said that before we lost Gregory and Dez

It's made up of one player that can bail out it's inept head coach in most cases, but that's no way to be successful long term.

The first challenge i didn’t like, but overall i thought Garrett did fine. I like how he used his time outs late in the game. Not his fault for the turnovers.

:lol

So this was basically our offense from every year but 2014... A bunch of suck, suck, suck until the last five minutes when we call the "Tony Bail Our Asses Out" play about 10 times in a row.

So yeah, we miss Murray a lot. I won't be surprised if Randle is cut by the end of October. He shouldn't be starting in the NFL.

Man were we lucky that Eli threw that ball away instead of eating it for the sack. Or that they didn't just run the ball.

When the game ended a guy leaving the bar said something I agree with: "Neither one of those teams really deserved to win that game."

It’s going to be a tough game. We will see what this team is made of.

I don't need another game to see what this team is made of. They took a formula that won them 12 games in the regular season and were one game away from the NFC Championship Game and screwed it up. All we heard was how it took years to build a line we can run with and after this mystical rebuild we can't run it. It's the same story I've seen many times over in the Jason Garrett era. Play sloppy, play stupid (see personal fouls and not running out of bounds in critical situations), have a suspect D and just hang around long enough to get lucky and have Romo pull a miracle at the end of the game.

That's our formula and Garrett should give half his paycheck to Romo. Hell, he should give most of his paycheck to Romo. Romo is the only reason Garrett even has a job.

Year, after year, after fucking year. It's all the same. We hear the same sound bites from the dolt HC but somehow he just can't see that Randle sucks. Anyone that watched this team for any length of time can see it....except for our coaches. DMac was clearly a better runner but barely saw any PT.

This team wins because of Romo and in spite of it's HC and personnel people.

Randall was and will continue to be a JAG. Dunbar fills in well as a black Danny Woodhead but otherwise, we are pretty screwed at RB.

My hope is that Seattle (a pretty sane organization with good scouting) was right about Michael when they drafted him as opposed to when they essentially cut him.

Indeed.

And a good organization does not put their QB in such a situation.

If you want to know how good a coach is, you give them as little talent as possible.

If you want to know how bad a coach is, you give them as much talent as possible.

Haha, no, of course not. I knew we were going to win that game when the Giants couldn't get more than 6 ahead. I was telling my buddies that if the Giants don't score a TD here, they *will* lose, I don't care if there are 25 seconds left. Said it before and I'll say it again, I never have understood the "Romo as fourth quarter choker" storyline, because I *always* expect us to win in those situation. How can people doubt Romo? The only way is that for some reason they only remember the few times he hasn't come through in those situations and forget the other 10 or 12 or 15 times he has. But to me odds are always great that we're going to march down the field and win exactly like happened.

In fact we were all wondering what was up with our game plan all day? It seemed like everything was within 8 or 12 yards of the LOS. Why didn't we ever go down the field at all? I don't mean bombs, but some intermediate stuff. It took a desperation situation and Tony just winging it to open up on those last two drives -- just like we've seen so many times.

The effects of the Dez injury will be longer than five weeks. They say you can't stay in game shape with a broken foot but Dez wasn't in game shape to begin with due to the hammy. He might not be an effective player on this team 'til Thanksgiving, imo.
