True that. Newman had a solid game though, it was nice to see. See what happens when you actually stay near your man, instead of being 5 yards behind him all the time? When the QB makes a bad throw you're close enough to challange for an INT.

I wonder if he read.this forum and picked up some of your technique advice and that was the reason for his better play?

I doubt it.. everyone knows you don't try to pop the ball loose when you don't turn to see the ball. That would just be bad fundamentals.

Something changed, but it wasn't from any kind of half assed, bush league tecnnique of defending a pass. You just don't do that shit.
