James has teamed up with Sandler. He's already done a couple movies with him and has another coming out soon under Sandler's production company.

The plot for that next movie? A zookeeper who can't score with the ladies, so the animals start talking to him to help his game. lol

Smells like instant classic..

Ugh.

Matter of time until he is taken onto some Hollywood back lot and shot...or worse, starts doing straight to DVD.

Super-8 is super forgettable

That's disappointing to hear. I've heard good things about that movie, especially for guys in my age bracket (30-40).

Checked out Battle: Los Angeles last night, and it was better than I thought it would be.

I'm thinking you're trying to pull a fast one. The "lol" at the end gave it away.

You're a funny guy. There's no way you find this James movies, or the above concept, really for real funny.

As an aside, I wish I was buddies with Adam Sandler. The guy is immune to critics, puts out shat movie after shat movie, makes a boatload of cash, and always has his buddies in the cast.

He's a great guy.

I do celebrity voice impersonations at a local radio station from time to time. Sandler was in town visiting the radio station so they called me down.

I did a Sandler impersonation for him.

He loved it. And no, I'm not kidding.

Im hearing the phrase nostalgia used a lot. Who knows, I never saw ET, Close encounters, or Jaws. Maybe thats the appeal for them.

But for me it was a straight forward monster movie w/ very little intrigue, no twists, no memorable scene. It was a lame script anyone could write
