Good god. Best WR in the division? Laughable. Completely.

I don't care what some suckass writers think about who is the best. I think Nicks or even Smith when he is healthy are at the top. Dez hasn't proved shit and the jury is still out on another who disappears in games, Austin.

Jackson? maybe 3rd, maybe.

Yes. It's so laughable that the NFL writers recently agreed with me.

What you mean to say is amongst Cowboys homers, it's laughable. Around the league, it's pretty much common knowledge.

Would you let an NFL writer build your football team?

What credibility would they have on the matter? None.

It's going to be hillarious when, as soon as this season, you'll be regretting having made these ridiculous arguments.

My stance on Jackson has been and is that he's the best WR in the division. That's been true the last two years. He's also the most dangerous offensive player in the game. He can score from anywhere on the field, rushing, receiving, returning. He might be the fastest player in the league.

But I never once said he is and will remain the best in the division. Just that he is now. Dez Bryant has the highest ceiling. He can be the best, though I would never bet on a ******.

Austin has no shot. He's a good WR. Can look great when Romo's on. But he's not an elite talent like Jackson, Nicks and Bryant.

If any other WR in the division takes that title it would have to be Maclin.

Jenkins is a good player, and it would be a good pick up for Washington.

As Middy said, I'd pnly be interested if the price is right.

Homer. LOL. Yeah, that's it. Gimme a break. I don't think any of the WR's for Dallas are the best in the division. I already stated who I thought was and could be.

Bryant has a huge ceiling, but, I feel his negative focus and immaturity will doom him, and the Cowboys. And that sucks.

With Jackson, we just disagree.

As the marriage between the Redskins and quarterback Donovan McNabb moves toward an inevitable divorce (annulment may be the better word), our friends at the Sports Junkies on 106.7 the Fan in D.C. have added a little grease to the fire.

According to the Sports Junkies, citing multiple unnamed sources, coach Mike Shanahan asked McNabb to wear a wristband after he struggled to remember plays. McNabb declined, explaining that it would make him look stupid. (More accurately, McNabb said, “It’s bad for my image.”)

Per the report, owner Daniel Snyder became furious with Shanahan when he learned after the season that McNabb wouldn’t wear a wristband.

So wherever McNabb plays in 2011, it’ll be interesting to see whether he’ll wear a wristband.

Manley: Skins should not have signed McNabb

By Mike Jones

Donovan McNabb has taken his licks this week. First Bernard Hopkins questioned his blackness. And that was followed by an alleged wristband controversy -- yet another twist in the ugly, slowly-played-out divorce of quarterback and team.

On Friday, former Redskin Dexter Manley said the team shouldn’t have brought the quarterback aboard last year in a trade with Philadelphia.

“When Donovan came here, I wasn’t so sure that was the right choice, because he was already 33 turning 34 and I looked at his turnover speed and how he moved; he didn’t have that fluid movement,” the former defensive end said while at Redskins Park for the team-sponsored 4th & Life High School Football Forum. Manley, Gary Clark and LaVar Arrington offered life and football advice to roughly 100 area high school players.

“When he was scrambling, he was struggling” Manley said of McNabb. “He compared himself age wise to guys like Brett Favre and John Elway. He probably has some stats, but doesn’t have the wins and losses (of that) collective group behind him. … McNabb took a beating. Jason Campbell took a beating. The guy got sacked 47 times, but kept getting up. McNabb can’t take that beating 47 times. He can barely take more than 15 licks. It’s the right choice to send him on his way.”

Manley was asked what he thought of Hopkins’ comments about McNabb, and he replied, “He’s punch drunk. He’s like 40 years old thinking he’s still 20 and wants to box. Sooner or later, you have to find something else to do.”

You must be talking about Steve Smith of the Panthers, because what has Steve Smith of the Giants done to have you claim him being better than Austin? Austin has had two consecutive 1,000 yard seasons. As for Austin disappearing in games, Steve Smith and Nicks both had disappeared in games. It was not all Eli's fault for those 25 INTs. Not sure as to how after one good seaosn that Nicks is better than Austin, you are almost as bad as sbk in player assessments.

I'm nearly flawless in player evaluations. Easily the most accurate of anyone on these boards. The masses are always two or three years behind me. As evidenced by Romo, Austin, Newman....even Jason Garrett.

But you could say Plymkr is as bad at evaluating players as Lazarus Logan is in tracking down posters.

I still got a knuckle sandwich awaiting your arrival, dawg.

Wow, I'm hurt, no, I'm not, considering you are not even close to having a clue. I just posted my opinion. Just like SBK in here has done.

You are probably correct, not something I claim to be good at. Unlike some, LIke morons that think a midget on the Eagles is the best WR in NFCE. Nice, keep evaluating there. lol

You're a joke on this board. A sad one. Taking the best punter over the best CB is pricelsss. Most people used to think your spew your crap just to stir the pot, but now we know differently, there is soemthing totally wrong with you, especilally when you think that Kinnison is someone to try and emulate, because it really sucks being you.
