Arkin sux? Why? Because he isnt an all pro from day one as a 4th rd pick from a small school?

Nope, has nothing to do with him not being an all pro from day one. Has more to do with him not being able to get on the field while a 7th round rookie and an undrafted rookie have started and seen extensive playing time on our weak OL.

It's the type of thing that'd almost make one question our player evaluation skills.

We have player evaluation skills?

I'll be damned...

Well they technically cant release Buehler until he is healthy, unless he agrees to an injury settlement.

Yeah that is true and I imagine he will be on thin ice in a few weeks when Carter is ready to be active.

That has to do with not being mentally ready as Garrett said, he playedcatva small school and Nagy played at Wisconsin.

Arlin will be in the mix in the future....it takes time with a lot of lineman.

This transaction is going to look very insignificant on Sunday after some no-name from the Rams rolls up on Bryant's ankle after he returns a punt. Just wait. You'll see.

Piss on it. I'd use T. Newman full time as a punt returner now. Chances are he's not going to be here next year anyway. And if he gets nicked up, oh well. He does every year anyway.

Besides, we were always told what an awesome return guy he is. Time to show it, Newmsie. I'd rather risk him back there then Bryant.

Dwayne Harris' story really got to me. I was really rooting for this kid.

Thirty three years ago my brother was working as a marmot-trainer in the Tetons when he was mauled by our neighbors' telekinetic dog. My brother lost his life (not due to the mauling but 17 years later due to a failed bout with rectal cancer - which is why I abhor NFL teams wearing pink) but what really got to me was we had to put that dog down. I haven't cried since that fateful day thirty three years ago.

Until today.

Thanks for all you did for us Dwayne Harris. We'll always have Denver.

Yep, you got serious CZ quality here.

Nagy came from Wisconsin, which is one of the better football programs in the NCAA right now. They have an excellent HC, OC and OL coach. They also have a legit strength program. Nagy came from a college thats probably a slight step up from some states 5A high school football programs.

Costa might have went undrafted, but he had been here a full year as well. He knew the offense.

Im really shocked by this, like alot of you. I thought i saw something about Harris on the ticker of NFL Network while i was watching the Flyers game, but what the hell?

Did we ever figure out why it was suggested he was a head case? Because if he wasn't, this makes no sense at all.

In Jerruh's defense, we've got the strongest 53-player roster in the NFL. Evar.

The more I think about it. . .

Who in their right mind would tell David Beuhler that he's fired?

It always amazes me every year how we hear about how great of a returner one of our draft picks is, yet we always end up with a dud like Crayton, AOA, Harris, etc. It's the one area we never seem to have any success at despite the fact we have spent entire drafts drafting for special teams.

Then what's the point in waiting until the 7th to take Nagy while we just had to have Arkin in the 4th?

Dwayne Harris has made it through waivers. Likely headed to practice squad.

I think you are confused on what the CZ is all about...they make tons of excuses for players, like you are doing for Arkin.
