Even though mid got owned pretty bad, he still brings up a salient point. We should be in dead money heaven from re-loading after the '07 playoff debacle, or the '09 one.

No, 'continuity' all of a sudden becomes the theme of the day.

thanks boozefuckwad we've already covered that cap management doesn't always correlate to wins on the field.

:lol

So why use the Steelers as an example to support your flimsy stance?
That does not however mean you are in cap hell - for instance the Browns and Eagles manage their cap more along the way the economic retards in this forum would like, but they don't win shit. That doesn't mean there's anything wrong with their cap management techniques, however.

The Eagles have been far more successful in the salary cap era than the Cowboys. So in comparison to Dallas, they do win shit.

Feel free to participate when you can wrap your tiny brain around that and separate the issues.

Feel free to keep blabbering on that "TEH EVERYONEZ DOES IT" and then use crap examples so your tiny brain can feel better about one of the more dysfunctional front offices in the NFL.

I used alot more examples than just the Steelers to show this is just how things are done by many teams. Go have a seat with midswat over in the corner.

This is what happens when you come in at the end of a thread and fail to be witty.

theebs we're in cap hell get with the memo no teams manage their cap the way we do.

While we do suck at it, I never worry about it.

And I am not worried about next year either that everyone is so worried about.

Cook was restructured as part of the kind of thing that everyone does a few months ago, so he's pretty safe.

So was livings if I remember correctly and I don't buy either of them here.

With Frederick, Mack, costa and kowalski younger and just as versatile I think there is a very good chance both will not be here.

Livings was reported to be part of it at the time, I recall reading something that even after Archer originally reported it in February, that in reality it didn't happen.

Nick eatman said they never turned it in but I think we are still on the hook for almost 3 million for him next year?

I may be confusing his contract with someone else's, too lazy to look it up.

Other teams are better coached and are better constructed but it is true that we aren't missing that much with the big fish free agents .

Good linemen have been available for cheap that they could afford but they couldn't identify them anyways .

We suck at the cap but the cap isn't that hard to manage either
