Thoughts and prayers to the family and friends of those that lost their life and or were injured due to the sick depravity of some. I say some, because there's no way this one single now deceased shooter acted alone. I have zero doubt whatsoever that our own government was directly involved. Trump is alive today because God was watching over him.

Nobody's reaction is genuine, just scripted with platitudes. Warm, fuzzy talk in the aftermath, to ease everyone back into their stupor. They're going to try again. I truly hope the President hires his own security and does not rely on the very people trying to kill him.

I read something from an ex-SS guys who explained how security details work for presidents and such. He explained the security is layers with close, medium range and extended range elements. SS mans the close range around the president. Those are the guys who swarm the president to protect him using their bodies as shields.
Medium range ad usually local PD or state police. They could be regular cops or SWAT.
Extended range elements are the sniper teams like the one we've seen posted at the Trump rally. The explanation I read is these snipers would be looking farther out, to 1000 yards so they may not have been looking as close as 130 yards where the assassin was located because they assumed that area was covered by local police.

My take is it appears a SS agent clears some people away from the stage seconds before the shots are fired. IDK what message that is, it looked like a photographer and then some guys in suits can be seen walking away.
