He has no plan. No vision of what a successful football team looks like. He's simply not a personnel guy.

He's a fraud. I attribute none of any success we've had here to him.

Anyone who says the success we had at drafting in the early 90s was from Johnson and Jones is delusional. All you have to do is look at the drafts after Johnson left. They were a joke and the reason we had those straight 5-11 seasons and then dailed 911, I mean Parcells.
