More upside at this point and makes 100% effort. Players like Collins don't help you change, effort toughness or commitment. For the difference in price, going with Steele makes sense. He may not work out long term, but whatever dropoff in level of play isnt enough to warrant the price difference and lack of effort.It doesn't matter if you save money if you get worse on the field. Steele had a terrible rookie season and a decent sophomore season. Yes, he's cheaper, but not necessarily better.
