His "form" wasn't/isn't the problem. He's been figured out. Pretty much all last night, the 49ers did just simple stunts and twists on him, that would create openings in the middle, and he would attempt to run through them, and the DL would clamp down on him. Also, it didn't help that the Redskins' OL was crap. Williams got abused all night by Brooks and Aldon.
