Glory, they want to make money. Not sure how you haven't figured that out. They move the line to get folks to go for a particular team to spread it out. There is no way anyone in Vegas really even cares who wins or loses these games. It's all about the House winning in the end.

On that note. You obviously did not see the Chiefs game. If you think that team is beating the Cowboys, you are fucking insane. And yes quote me in an Eat Crow thread if we somehow lose.

in a perfect world you would be right...too bad this is never the case..if you think vegas gets even action, or even CLOSE to even action on most games then you clearly have no idea what you are talking about..

you can find plenty of reports of guys from various books talking about how much they needed certain teams on many occasions...the reality is vegas knows what they are doing...they do a great job of baiting the public with their lines...is vegas always right? no, not at all...but you better believe they win more than they lose...and they win a shit ton more than juice

You want a great example - take Houston vs SD

who the fuck in their right mind would think that piece of shit Chargers team from last season would keep the game within 4 Points of the Houston Texans?

the answer is NOBODY...Over EIGHTY percent of vegas' wagers were on the Houston Texans winning that game by MORE than 4 points..MORE THAN 80 PERCENT...

You want to tell me vegas didnt need SD to lose by less than 4? Yeah fucking right...so what did that line tell me? all offseason...well before the game even started...that SD was going to cover that spread...

what happened? SD lost by 3..damn near blew the fucking texans out...to vegas its all the fucking same..everyone bet on Houston to win by more than 4..and they won by 3...vegas cleaned house...

If you dont think thats a perfect example, i cant help you...

So how do you guys think Reid will attack us? If I were him, I'd go after Mo all day long. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to run that way, too... I'd rather run at Ware and try to wear him down a little rather than let him chase everything with his speed.

And you know Reid's going to have all his typical dinks and dunks. Obviously can't let Charles get loose on a screen.

They don't really have a good TE, do they? Wouldn't it suck if Fasano burns us...

I expect a lot of dink and dunk type stuff. Qb getting the ball out with three step drops. Dexter McCluster butt raping us.

Low scoring game. Just like last week.

Close to 67 total points from both offenses is low scoring?

I think that should benefit us.

I also expect a low scoring game. I don't think our offense does very much at all.

I think we do a good job keeping KC out of the EZ. Hold them to FGs

I loved McCluster coming out of Ole Miss... Almost forgot they had him. Wonder if Reid will get those big plays out of him like he made in college.

I'm expecting at least 12 penalties, 4 inside the 20. Clarice Gayborne gets raped all game as usual before he gets hurt.

Chiefs 23
Cowboys 10

I'm gonna go homer for this game. Chiefs are sneaky good, but don't have the talent to keep up provided we show up.

The Giants, Eagles and Skins are all gonna lose. Gotta get the early division lead here.

Still think people are overrating the Chiefs. They'll be a lot better, but that doesn't mean they'll be good. I seriously doubt they're another Seattle. That team they beat last week might be the worst in the whole league. We know they started one of the worst QBs in the league.

If there's any kind of letdown game, I bet it's next week vs the Rams. The Rams actually are pretty good. I can see us losing that one when we're 2-0, the team is feeling a little too good about itself, and we're playing one of our typical sleepy home noon games.
