I think the tight ends not playing well early was a big part of the offense struggling. Clearly, pourous blocking and wr off the reservation was equal, but it seems with dez on the up and up we have wr in a much better place and with a new center we have limited the interior of the lines problems.
having 3 or 4 solid tight ends is just as important.
Me personally I would keep 4 tight ends no fullback and 3 running backs....I would use hanna in that move tight end spot like we did fasano and the saints did david thomas last year.
Imo, the last two times we have had good seasons from our tight ends we were an excllent offense, 07 and 09. In 07 we had three good ones in witten, fasano and curtis and in 09 we had three good ones in witten, bennett and phillips. Phillips played his role nicely at the end of the season and it was huge.
I think murray and randle will be good, wr looks to be excellent if williams pans out and if hanna grows and escobar is what he appears we will be much better there than last year.
What this all means is that instead of babysitting 5 positions on offense we maybe only babysitting one or two....like one of the guard spots and maybe rt. Last year we were trying to cover up for a wr deficiency and te deficiency early on and then the center position, rt, guard and murray got hur. It was just a lot to deal with.
as of right now I think we are deeper and much better and I think it will show on offense.
EDIT: also as far as special teams goes, bisaccia has already pointed out that he is a little different and likes to use as many lb's as possible on special teams.....Which I guess is why we will have a number of them in camp...
sorry, i just dont have time to keep putting up those youtube vids.
and then I constantly have to read things in the comments section of them like
teh romo is ******, jones better be finding new qb next year like tebow, trade for him cuz romo is ******.
so I just threw my hands up a month ago and so no more.....if something interesting is happening in camp I will put the score up....I just cant keep up on a daily basis.
the other odd thing is, Gina Miller emailed me to explain to her how to record the shows in HD on the computer and then upload them to youtube, So I explained it compeletely in detail and like two weeks later Dallascowboys.com started putting up all the txa21 sports show clips........So I cant put those up anyomore anyway or they will zap my account.

D.J. Hayden's abdomenal issue that will keep him out until training camp is a major setback, and immediately raises post-surgical concerns.
He was a stud CB in college who had a catastrophic injury that kills basically everyone who suffers it except him. SOmething like he ripped a heart artery and was bleeding directly into his stomach I think.
