How many guys get wide open in 4th preseason games for tds vs other teams scrubs?

I liked Coale, he may end up being a quality player...he just isnt worth losing any sleep over IMO...Harris and Beasley both played betetr than he did (and are healthy) and they played against the other teams better players. Ogletree looked far better than anyone expected. Austin and Bryant were always locks. There just isnt much space for him. He had to play and had to play well.

Hopefully we can sneak him through waivers and onto the PS.

Just not sure he can go into a big running back and stop him....I just fear he has to play and we end up with allan ball who cant tackle in the running game....

again though, he has been here and he knows the defense....he shows range and the ability to make up ground quickly like he did last night, I am just scared of him on an island with mcoy or whatever.......

Ian Rapoport hearing that we're keeping McGee. WHY??? It's obvious from Garrett's reaction back in '10 when McGee threw a TD pass in the regular season that he loves the kid. That is the only explanation I can give.

I think Garrett should be mad that as a former, untalented backup QB, that McGee's gifted potential is useless because he can't process information.

The keeping or not keeping a 3rd QB thing is a tough decision. Most teams keep 3, so there's gotta be a reason.

Garrett came in as a 3rd QB so its likely he may have a belief in the value of the position.

People will complain if we keep him, but while it "costs" a player at another position, it doesnt "cost" an active roster spot. You still have to make a certain amount of guys inactive every game.

I still think he's probably gonna get cut.

Yea I really don't care what you guys do with the homers here. You're gonna have them anywhere you go so whatever... But dbair is over the fuckin top with it. Now I don't post much here but I still log on to read. And a lot of that is because of a few posters like Midswat, Sheik, you, bbgun(for the boobies thread) and a couple others... Theebs is homered the fuck out too but at least he gives decent insight. He seems to remember EVERYTHING Cowboys related. I just take a little bit off of it as I read it. With dbair its mainly excuses.. very annoying. Like Iamtdog said, nauseating.

This thread is especially bad. Every player we keep the homers will say how great they were in a certain area.. and then every player we cut they'll say how they suck and it was the right decision blah blah. Nauseating.

again asswipes- THE ROSTER ISNT EVEN FINAL YET. We might not even have a true "final": roster until the week of, or amybe even the week after the Seattle game.
