Two plays that I think would've likely changed the game entirely for us...

First... that Witten drop.

Or even to have gotten the warranted PI call on the linebacker who got there too soon.

Second... that PI call being on Tate for spearing Lee, instead of on Carter for barely touching Wilson.

The Felix fumble and blocked punt are no-brainers... but even with those, I think had the above two plays gone the way they should've... we could've won the game.

I dunno. We were down 20-7 at that point. Even without the Carter penalty, Wilson gained a first down on that play. And the Cowboys didn't show anything to make me believe that they would have scored two TDs after a Seattle punt.

If you wonder why the Cowboys don't consider Victor Butler starter material, watch him on Marshawn Lynch's 36-yard run in the 3Q.

It's obvious to most of us that this team has alot of "talent".

So does KC. And they are maybe the worst team in the NFL.

IMO, that's us without Romo.

Doug Free, Cowboys' highest-paid O-lineman, continues to be weak link. 2-minute drill before half died because he got beat twice.

Yeah he always wears his shades...I stopped watching his videos when he said lets bring TO back a couple years ago and the possibility of trading Romo, smh

Even with McCray and Silva, we have a better secondary than do the Giants.

Better, bigger, more physical corners to match up against Jackson.

But yeah, that Bucs Oline is intimidating.

I disagree, Kenny Phillips is better than any safety we have on our roster. I would love to have him next to Sens. Silva is a 43 OLB he can't even cover a school girl walking to school from Grandmas house. McCray needs to stay on special teams. church I like and I hope he comes back ok from that bruised quad.

Our corners are better yes that was shown week 1 when Ogles had a career game but it was vs their #4/5 CBs

Maybe he was doing the 'say controversial things to generate interest' line that radio hosts use.

"I felt like them guys [the Cowboys] didn't want to play,'' Seattle's superb young free safety Earl Thomas said in blunt assessment in the winning locker room. "They kind of shut it down after a while. Once we stopped their run, [Tony] Romo was throwing passes fading away. We know if we kept the rush on Romo, it was going to be a hard day for him.

"We made it a physical day for them, and they weren't prepared. We lasted longer than them, and I feel like we were in better shape. So that's the kind of mentality we've got to keep playing with, and if we do, it's going to be hard for us to get beat.''

"It sent chills through my body,'' Thomas said of Tate's crushing blow. "When you see guys giving effort like that, both sides of the ball feed off it.''

that is so sad.

Our guys in the locker room after the game were just smirking saying we will get them next week and get back to work.

Its like not only do the coaches not realize it but the players do not either.

Week 2 and the team is not ready to play.

What a crock of shit.

What else can you say though?

I really hope the ten days off just fucked with us. You get ten days off, you eat the cheese, you aren't ready for when you come back out. Can happen to any team.

Tampas corners can't cover anyone. Can we exploit that?

Talib is actually a good man cover corner he just had a terrible game....behind him they're really thin at cb and Barron looks to be just a smaller Taylor Mays (big hard hitter that's a liability in coverage)

The "ten days off" seems like a catch 22...we win and it's cause we had ten days to gameplan and prepare (which is obvious we did neither)....we lose and it's cause we had a vacation on those ten days

Winning cures all problems plane and simple.

They still got Ronde Barber, but I have no idea if he's still worth a shat.

No Barbers done...they moved him to FS but Nicks burned him on that huge play and all he had to do was take a studded step inside and Barber sat on it...their DL will be tough remember they have MartyBs brother (the better athlete) Michael and Clayborn on the other side, a very young and hungry DL

it doesnt matter what they say. there play speaks for itself.

Football is just not that important to a lot of these guys. Sean lee gets blown up illegally, then he and his coach celebrate like they just won the super bowl and the only one who even thinks to respond is scandrick.

Nobody cares. Nick eatman was just saying that vickers and ware were all mad in the locker room about it.....

wtf? Ware was right there on the field go knock the guy the hell out and take the penalty....at least stand up for yourself.....

but these guys just dont have it in them. Its just not that important to them, we have poor coaches and on top of all that we have jerry always talking and declaring things making everything worse.

Watching other teams you see the fire, the intensity, the dignity and pride in one another and guys standing up for each other....

We have a bunch of politicians who have already accomplished there goals apparently and lost there edge.

It just is what it is I guess for this organization. Every excuse in the book has been used, people have been fired but nothing changes.

I am really scared this team sulks like it has in the past and gets manhandled again next sunday.

Well I'm not as down on them as all that.

But I don't have any clue what needs to changed. I don't want to live in a world where Pete Carroll is a good coach.
