Let's see Abraham is 33 and had 9.5 sacks, 37 pressures, 8 hits in on just over 600 defensive snaps. No one was better than he was with pressures, except Suggs and Dunlap. Yeah, he's playing real old and stuff.

I'd take him any day of the week over Spencer.

I'd take Spencer over Abraham at this point.

Abraham is old, getting older, suffering injuries. I don't know how the contract is/was set up, but I wouldn't want to be tied to him for three years and have dead money in a year or two.

All this free agency sans Carr has been is filling in the gaps from poor drafting. They probably were not interested in any higher end players because I bet they view all these guys as filling in the holes.

That iswhy I am not that excited, even Carr doesnt excite me that much because I know somehow someway we will end up with no cb's pressing when we play good teams.

Its weird why they wouldn't be in on myers honestly. I really don't understand that.

Maybe Myers didnt want to come here. JJT said the day before free agency we were definitely going to look at him, maybe he didnt really want to leave Houston.
