Tom coughlin is going to have the same amount of championships as bill parcells.
One thing is for sure, structure, discipline and authority figures are as important as qb's, defense and special teams.
Right now all we have is the qb.

Big off-season for us. 20 plus Free Agents means we have an opportunity to add 15 to 20 new players, hopefully tougher, both physically and mentally. We'll see how serious we are about winning in less than 2 months.

not doomed, but hopefully just starting the process of doing things the right way.
If they wake up and face reality and tackle it head on instead of the usual we are one player away approach we should be ok in a few years.

The problem has been Jerry thinks that selling/promoting the Cowboys is equal to adding better players/coaches/front office personnel.
2 years ago after getting blown out by Minnesota in the playoffs we were supposed to make our big run. We were supposed to be the first team to play in their own house for the Superbowl. What did Jerry do that off-season? Fire Wade and bring in a new coach? No sir. Did he sign a free agent? Nope. Did he host a single potential free agent for a visit? No chance. He was out filming episodes of Entourage and promoting a Pacquiao fight.
I've disliked Jerry since he first started thinking he was a GM and made the trade up to draft Shante Carver. That 2010 off-season made me outright hate him.
