I never said every opinion was the right one, but when you're dealing with something that isn't definite, you can't be wrong in how you feel about a particular issue.

Winning a Super Bowl is a yes or no deal. There is no grey area. Yes, you can be wrong in how you feel about a particular issue.

Since we're asking questions.. if someone told you that they feel that Tony could still win a super bowl with us because we have a solid team around him and he's still a good QB with a solid coaching staff around him.. are you saying that person is flat out wrong?

Many times comments made by fans are so vague and wishy washy. Nobody wants to actually make an opinion because they fear having it rubbed in their nose, as you say.

You couldn't possibly say that, because we don't know the outcome and whether you make your guess one way or the other.. its still a guess based on available information. Whatever side ends up being correct, its not like they knew it would happen. They made a reasonable guess.. same as the other side.. and luckily thier outcome is the one that occured. Neither side will be able to claim they "knew" it and "knew" the other side was wrong all along. That's just retarded.

Yes, opinions are formulated with the available information you have. If you already know something, then an opinion or judgment wouldn’t be needed. If this was 6:30pm on Sunday and i said Newman would have an INT (after watching him do a pick6 on tv)...that is no longer an opinion, but a fact.

btw...you haven’t voted yet lol

Refer to the post above you.. and no, not everything has to be yes or no. Fans can discuss whether or not they think Romo can still win a super bowl with us without everyone having to take the opinion of one extreme or the other. Its perfectly reasonble to discuss the merits of WHY he may still win one or not, and as i said before, there are rational arguments to be made for both sides.

You're really just trying to debate semantics and word choice with me and as i've already said, i'd be willing to bet if you asked, everyone in thier right mind would say they realize that both outcomes are still possibilities.

Oh, i agree that not everything is black or white. Winning a Super Bowl is. Having the ability to get to a Super Bowl...yea lots of gray area.

Like i said.. i think the only thing we disagree on is word choice. Im betting most people are debating the latter, regardless of their word choice.

Also, as i said before, i agree with you that its much more likely at this point in his career that he probably won't be able to win one with us. If i was forced to put odds on it right now, i'd probably say around 35-65.

I don’t know. Romo is so hard to predict. Just when you think he is ready to take that next step he makes you question everything again. He needs a strong supporting cast. I think he has a defense that can take some of the burden off him. He has the weapons. Everything is there. We shall see.

Agreed. The window is definitely getting smaller. I'd say the next couple seasons are crucial because of what you said. He has the supporting cast. He's got some great weapons on offense, a defense that can get stops and turnovers, and a solid coaching staff to try and nudge this team in the right direction. If we don't win one in the next 2 or 3 seasons, i'd say that's it.
