We will agree to disagree then.

Romo had plenty of talent around him for the vast majority of his time here. He also had exceptional WR's and a HoF TE in his prime, and good enough RB's.

I don't hate Romo, he's to be commended from going from an undrafted free agent to quality long term starting QB. But he was also mistake prone, was criticized numerous times by his own teammates for getting pass happy and was not a leader in the locker room. He was more than happy to bang hot chicks, make gobs of money and be "one of the guys". Winning was not his priority and it showed. He also was more than happy to have the Red Headed Goober (one of hus best buds) as the HC even though it was obvious to all he was not a winner either.

Good player, but also a guy that the fan base made tons of excuses for every season.

I've always concluded on Romo, he did very well for himself. And now Dak has the exact conclusion.

The updated comparison between what you get for 60 mils per season, v 2.5 mils per season.

60 mils get you 8 starts, a 3-5 W/L record, 11 tds, 8 picks, 6.8 yds per attempt and 21 sacks, 86.0 QB Rating
2.5 mils gets you 7 starts, a 4-3 W/L record, 11 TDS, 3 picks, 6.1yds per attempt, 12 sacks, 87.2 QB Rating

Quack Attack Dak update:

10 QB's who have enough pass attempts to qualify have a QB Rating of 100+. Quack is tied for 25th in the league at 86.0

Quack is rated BEHIND: Cooper Rush, Caleb Williams, Drake Maye, Kirk Cousins, Bo Nix, Joe Flacco & Justin Fields

Quack is rated JUST AHEAD of: Tommy Devito, Aiden O'Connell, Andy Dalton, Jameis Winston, Mason Rudolph & Daniel Jones.

60 MILLION PER YEAR

I think Dak's injury is all lie, he was playing so bad after winning that crazy contract that's Jones panicked that he would be the laughing stock of the NFL and told him to sit out the rest of the tanked season and get his shit together mentally. Plus morale was a all time low because many players know didn't deserve that unbelievable contract. Dak doesnt even bother to show up at the games now, what a loser.

Was the surgery they did to reattach the muscle a lie too?

I don't know if he was there today or not, but he was at the game the other night v Tampa sitting up in the box with a playcard and headphones on.

I can't stand the guy and wish he wasn't the QB here, but the injury thing isn't fake.

Lol. I thought the same. But, Jerry is too frugal to have his new $60 million quarterback sitting. He's at the games in stealth mode. 20241231_213016.jpg

Seen that. Didn't the announcers say he, "Quack", was calling the plays?

He's just listening in, McCarthy is still calling the plays.

Prescott did do it during preseason finale (2023), and might have done it again this past yr when Lance started, I don't recall. But he def called plays in the 2023 game.
