He has to step up and have postseason success.
He has games where he looks like a really solid NFL QB, and he also has a handful of games where he looks poorly prepared or just plays shitty. It's not always on him when we lose (the Jacksonville and GB games should have been wins) and he should get the vast majority of the credit for the W vs Philly last week, but he has to eliminate the bad decisions and as I said above, at some point he has to lead the team to postseason wins.

Dak comes back & the D decided they wanted to take the rest of the year off. He never gets both, but he gets all the blame! Too many haters. The Raiders & a few other franchises would love to have Prescott!

I hear ya. But, the entire TEAM has to step it up in PS not just the quarterback & that includes idiot Kellen Moore! What about those other 8 or so quarterbacks after Aikman who never even had Dallas sniff the PS? Without Prescott, no 12 wins.

I agree with you about the whole team stepping up. Right now I don't think they have a chance in hell to win a postseason game with how this defense or OL is playing.
They were 4-1 without Prescott though as fyi. I don't think we'd have 12 wins if Cooper Rush played the whole year, but I do think there are a lot of QB's who'd have 12 wins with the talent we have.
That said, the answer to your question about the "what about those 8 or so QB's...." It's because of the clowns that run the franchise.

I’m calling my shot right now
We exit the first round of the playoffs because of a late game/last minute game killing INT that bounces off of another one of our pass catchers hands.
I also suspect that shortly after our early exit we will start to hear stories that Dak’s hand was never really healthy after coming back from the thumb surgery.
Kind of like we had with Zeke last season. When they claimed he was fine, but it turns out he was playing injured most of the season.
Same goes for Micah. I suspect we will find out that he has been dealing with some lingering issue that the team has kept quiet all season.

It’s not his hand
It’s something else. He hasn’t been the same for awhile now.
Look at his performance the first half of the season vs the last half.
The first half had everyone talking about DPOY
Now everyone is talking about what happened to his production. His productivity fell off a cliff.
It’s not like he’s a rookie and hitting a wall because he’s only used to playing 12 games a season. Something else is going on.

There's no way in hell "a lot of quarterbacks" would have have 12 wins w/the talent we have" with Kellen Moore. Quarterback's don't have Win/Loses stats, teams do. Having a decent quarterback is a privilege. You honestly think Wentzie, Carr are among the so-called "a lot of other quarterbacks" etc....would have 12 wins w/Dallas?!
Defense wins championships not quarterbacks. Foles proved that. San Frans going to the Superbowl w/a third stringer quarterback because of their top notch defense. Book it!
That said, here's wishing you a wonderful New Year DB. Don't ever take anything I babble to heart. Because I sure don't take anyone's babble to heart. We're all frustrated. Jerry turned us against each other lol.
