He has to step up and have postseason success. When the Cowboys lose — no matter how Prescott plays, really — the next week is spent complaining he's not good enough. Dallas is 60-35 in his starts. People still wonder if he can win.
apparently notCan he get through this game without throwing yet another boneheaded INT?
NopeCan he get through this game without throwing yet another boneheaded INT?
Scot, I feel like banning you for posting this.
I hear ya. But, the entire TEAM has to step it up in PS not just the quarterback & that includes idiot Kellen Moore! What about those other 8 or so quarterbacks after Aikman who never even had Dallas sniff the PS? Without Prescott, no 12 wins.He has to step up and have postseason success.
He has games where he looks like a really solid NFL QB, and he also has a handful of games where he looks poorly prepared or just plays shitty. It's not always on him when we lose (the Jacksonville and GB games should have been wins) and he should get the vast majority of the credit for the W vs Philly last week, but he has to eliminate the bad decisions and as I said above, at some point he has to lead the team to postseason wins.
I agree with you about the whole team stepping up. Right now I don't think they have a chance in hell to win a postseason game with how this defense or OL is playing.I hear ya. Other than the massive cast on his hand? Looks like he's hiding a softball in that thing.Micah. I suspect we will find out that he has been dealing with some lingering issue that the team has kept quiet all season
O

It's called "book." And I warned you guys about this in the off-season. Opponents ain't dummies and they have tons of film on him now and are working accordingly. It's
something else. He hasn’t been the same for awhile now
Pretty sure you're barking up the wrong tree here at DCU. Nobody's hating on Dak here. Then why isn't it about "the clowns that run the franchise" now instead of Prescott?
Agree, they don't. Why isn't it about "the clowns that run the franchise" now instead of blaming Prescott?I agree with you about the whole team stepping up. Right now I don't think they have a chance in hell to win a postseason game with how this defense or OL is playing.
They were 4-1 without Prescott though as fyi. I don't think we'd have 12 wins if Cooper Rush played the whole year, but I do think there are a lot of QB's who'd have 12 wins with the talent we have.
That said, the answer to your question about the "what about those 8 or so QB's...." It's because of the clowns that run the franchise.
