It’s the NFL bro. Each year teams like the Texans who haven’t won shit (in what 11 years in a row?) can come out and play great the next season. It would be easy to pick the same teams that won each year before, but we know that it never plays out that way.
You know when a person's arguements are weak when they have to refer to another team in an attempt to bolster their arguement.
1.) The Texans have nothing to do with Redskins. The Texans situation is/was much different. The scenarios and/or variables that existed with the Texans do not exist with the Redskins.
2.) The Texans are a more talented team than the Redskins and they also play in a weaker division in the Redskins.
And it is just as easy to pick a bottomfeeding team and hype them up like you are doing now, but it doesn't always work out that way. You continue to contradict yourself on that end.
As for injuries, well the Skins had around 8 starters go to IR.
I don't know where you get this 8 starters from. The Redskins had 9 players go onto IR, and of those 9 only 4 were starters.
Hmmm... let's see.
1.) Hightower: meh...he was outplayed by the rookie Helu, and according to most Redskins' fans, he's been relegated to 3rd RB. They didn't lose games because he was not there.
2.) Landry: Even you pointed out as to how he's always injured. Granted he was there best Safety, but he wasn't a difference-maker, and the guy that replaces him is doubtful to be better.
3.) Cooley: I'll give you this. However, Cooley was being fazed out anyway for Davis.
4.) Lichensteiger: meh... kind of the equivalent of Holland being injured for us. Doesn't really register a blip.
So are you suggesting that the absence of those 4 individual starters is the reason why the Redskins finished as they did?

In fact, barring significant injuries, I don't seee either the Giants, Cowboys, or Eagles finishing last in the division.
