Stay in the car cracker
I didn't think there was a debate over whether there was an altercation.That bolded part is important. A lot of legal experts have said Martin's autopsy would prove if there was any altercation between the two. I'd guess something like this is what they're talking about.

It's not semantics. That's what I meant. I thought there were third-party witnesses who said there was a physical altercation?Physical altercation. As in, did Martin strike Zimmerman.
Save your semantics for court, counselor.
George Zimmerman’s injuries:
* Broken nose
* Two black eyes
* Two cuts to the back of the head
* Back pain
* Bruised upper lip

I didn't think that was disputed.

Reread this thread. You'll find plenty of it.
Go bother somebody else with your constant need to argue anything, Jiggy.
Depends on the facts. If you were an innocent person who was attacked, then probably. If you were following someone after profiling them and putting them in fear for their life, then probably not.If that's not reason enough to kill a guy,I don't know what is.

I can prove plenty. But feel no need to prove it to you.You can't prove your point so make it about me having a need to argue.
Thats some weak shit NoDak.
He called his girlfriend and told her that someone was following him. He wouldn't do that if he wasn't fearful. He tried to get away from Zimmerman. He wouldn't do that if he wasn't fearful. Do you know that he didn't run? His girlfriend told him to run and he said he wasn't going to run. Doesn't mean he didn't run. And running isn't required to show fear. The rest of this stuff does that.Oh yeah Trayvon was in fear of his life. He didn't run. He did what any thug/punk would do and beat him up.
Too bad the guy had a gun.

It's what you do. You pick the contrarian side to shit. No matter the subject. If everyone was in agreement that water was wet, you'd invent some reason to argue the other side.
So argue on. More power to you. Just don't expect me to play your stupid games.

What's his girlfriend going to do? Why didn't he try explaining what he was doing? If he was scared then maybe he was doing something wrong. Still not a reason to beat someone up. You could get shot, you know.
So in your mind its not possible that Zimmerman started the altercation and then got his ass beat?
In your mind Martin had no right to "stand his ground" but Zimmerman does, why is that?
