If he advocates truth, why would he suggest applause for someone who not only acts that way as a form of public discourse, but who defines a child in the womb as “something some man implanted in me”. She completely removes herself from the responsibility of her actions. She doesn’t claim to have been raped, but tries to tie it into that. Then rails on the system, which last I looked is tilted very much in favor of mother and child and prejudiced against dead-beat dads.

That said, I understand all of this is on the fly and he doesn’t have the luxury of the consideration that I have from watching it after the fact. So I should not be too critical of Vivek, who I like and agree with on all topics I’ve seen him talk about, so far. My response is probably borne more from my disdain for her.

Taxpayer funded abortion is being addressed with the overturning of Roe v Wade. It’s a start and I don’t think it will take a miracle. Part of moving in the right direction is to stop capitulating to savages who want to scream and cause disruption whenever they don’t get their way. As far as general welfare goes, I’m sympathetic to genuine cases of hardship and the need for all of us to care about people. I really don’t mind some of my tax dollars going to help my fellow Americans.

Absolute truth is a threat to the autonomy of irresponsible people - it’s a useful tool for identifying the authenticity of a persons claims. That might take miracle for it as a notion to be implemented, but there’s always hope. Keep being brutal. :)

I just dont expect irrational people to be rational so I grade her on a curve to put it mildly and by miracle I was referring to getting the vast range of irresponsible government spending (which includes whatever contribution abortion related expenses contributes to that number), national debt and money printing under control or stopped but my writing skills are too weak to convey my thoughts accurately & succinctly plus its too exhausting to try and type a war and peace novel to attempt to do so, so I'm stopping here because I think we mostly agree which would be easily cleared up in person in a few minutes but we dont have that luxury at the moment

 to the marxist content not you amigo

I wish everyone had the opportunity to travel to the former USSR like I did in 1988 (Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria). The misery and oppression hung heavy in the air, the buildings, the market (lack thereof) and even the weather...the minute I crossed the border from Austria to Hungary, it felt like someone switched the weather and mood to dark grey

The idea this system will ever work is absurd and seems to be always fueled by political opportunist and bitter losers who dont want to actually work to accomplish anything in their lives because its easier to blame the system, the rich, the evil landlords, etc than it is to work your ass off and make the most out of the talent & opportunities you have.

this quote seems apropos:

"you'll never get criticized by anyone doing more than you"

The brainwashed morons that push for a socialist or communist society ignore the fact that these governments must have a ruling class. Someone is always at the top of the hierarchy, and the people who rise to these positions are never altruistic. Their are corrupted by power which is why they seek these positions. This was the entire point of Orwell's 1984. The ruling class does not oppress the people because it is for their own good. They oppress the people because it is for the good of the ruling class.

Sick and demented

Just remember, this case is already decided. The judge will hold Trump liable for fraud even though no one was defrauded. As in all these cases against Trump, he will win on appeal, but that point of these cases was to get rulings against Trump in the media. No one will cover the story when Trump wins his appeal.

IF, attacks had been needed against Iran or whomever, and had to be coordinated through the US Sec. of Defense, it might not have happened as quickly as it could have, because Lloyd Austin, the Sec. of Defense, was in the Hospital, and at the time, the Biden Administration did not know that, and Lloyd Austin's next in Command was on Vacation in Puerto Rico.

I admit I haven’t kept up with politicians and politics most of my life but this guy is the most impressive person in that arena I’ve seen/heard in my lifetime and hope he stays around long after this election (I wish he would win as well)

we need conversations like this to be the norm:

I definitely like a lot of what he has to say.

Also seems very principled. Definitely has a bright future and I hope Trump gives him a significant role in his administration (if he avoids being cheated again and wins)

What I like about him is he argues the facts and doesnt get sucked into petty name calling, etc which gives people an excuse (not valid imo) not to listen or get distracted from the real issue because they choose to be offended when people like Trump said "mean things". I want people of all walks of life, pronouns, etc to feel loved, accepted and part of the fabric of America while also embracing logic and truth .

It seems Vivek does a pretty good job of putting issues out there to people that are not personal attacks which give some folks an excuse to run into the arms of the Democratic Party. (I'm trying to appeal to a vast middle I believe exists in this country, hard core folks on either side will never be swayed but can be pushed to the edges of obscurity with little to no effect on our country by a reasonable majority that comes together through well spoken and knowledgeable folks like Vivek)

IMO, we need this kind of leadership and dialogue from all public officials and move as far away from the divisive nonsense which accomplishes nothing but keeping people divided to the detriment of us all
