As some others have mentioned, this should be a 9-0 vote.
If they come to any other conclusion other than reversing (by any count) then the SCOTUS is 100% compromised and we are doomed as a country.

Every time I see this type of shit I think of the Founding Fathers and my respect for them just grows. Imagine what they had to deal with from the British. And they create this almost perfect form of governement, filled with checks and balances, and now we have these traitors and bureaucrats destroying what these people created with blood.

Every time I see one of these Liberal women I almost feel sorry for them. They're full of anger and hate because no man will lay a hand on them. They're completely sexless. I do not expect a 9-0 vote. I expect the 3 liberals to dissent. Because KBJ will not vote to keep Trump on the ballot and the other two liberals will go along with her to give her cover. If it is 8-1 then we will all know how radical Brown-Jackson is.

I a video she release she claims she didn't choose to rule Trump off the ballot, she was obligated because, according to her, the decision that there was an insurrection was not close, and that Trump committed insurrection was also an easy decision.
So she took it upon herself, without any public hearing, that there was an insurrection in Washington, where she has no jurisdiction, and that Trump committed insurrection, without any hearing of evidence! Then, she just assumed that she had the responsibility to make these decisions for the entire state of Maine.
Make no mistake. These people are tyrants and will go to any level to retain power over us. Yet they also claim they didn't cheat in 2020. If Democrats will rule Trump off the ballot then they absolutely will cheat to ensure he loses if he is on the ballot.

I would assume he is considering it "major" because of the Iowa thing. He served for 18 yrs and is extremely well know in iowa.
